Moxy Aberdeen Airport

Booked at last minute & got a great deal. Check-in seamless with a pleasant welcome at reception. Room perfect, spacious and clean, with a top notch shower!
Had a fantastic dinner after arriving - had the haddock fish cakes which were delicious - the wife had the Katsu and devoured it (& she’s soo picky with a katsu, never happy!). Cracking breakfast in the morning, couldn’t fault it. Secure throughout superb, will define r back next time we visit Aberdeen.

Okay looking hotel, small but reasonably comfortable rooms, average to poor food, extremely unfriendly and rude staff. Upon checking in I was welcomed by a young chap who seemed to take great delight in telling me what I could and couldn’t do whilst staying at the Moxy. One thing in particular was that I couldn’t park my car even though I’d paid for parking. After a lengthy chat and supplying my booking info I was eventually checked in. My trip in Aberdeen was extended by 2 weeks however i decided to check out and look for alternative accommodation. I will not be back.

Very cold room with no real way to warm it up apart from advice to open the window. The duvet was inadequate and more like a sheet. Far too thin for Scotland! Staff were lovely and helpful but food was not good. Definitely won’t be returning and will not be recommending.

Good welcome from staff. Had to make a change to the room and it was completed in seconds. Bar was well stocked and not overpriced as some hotels. Didn't visit the gym as only there for one night.

Clean rooms ,very good breakfast apart from the eggs .

First time using hotel at Aberdeen airport. Good location - easy accessible bus to city centre and 10min walk to terminal.
Room was clear and temperature was acceptable.
Bonus, bar was open until midnight so time to have a pint following a late flight.

Nice room, well set up for a short stay. The service really stood out , absolutely top notch from Two-Love, the barmaid who looked after hubby and I on both nights of our stay. The breakfast team were lovely and friendly in the mornings as well. We’d happily stay again!

What a great place with a great vibe. I am normally loyal to another brand but friends from Canada had already booked in here and boy was I pleasantly surprised. It is very casual but the attention to my needs by the check in staff is something we have NEVER experienced before. The little details in the rooms too were great, the light under the bed when you get up in the night. I must say I am defo converted to Moxy now.
It was just a shame about all the litter scattered all over the front entrance area in the morning, and the bins were full

The staff are super friendly and the room was spotless. We also celebrated our anniversary whilst there and loved the wee message on the mirror. We will be back when next visiting for a concert.

The bar service was absolutely shocking Lewis concert on place mobbed and 1 server. She had no awareness of queue and was missing order and angering customers. Food service terrible, a ceaser salad with no dressing and took 30mins + to prepare.

Pedestrian access from terminal not very clear.

Finlay + team behind the bar were very goo. Understood the urgency but managed the task of a busy bar. Tgiven everything to appreciate a busy time in a busy place! But made it very accommodating for our time here! A real asset to the company!
