Didn’t feel I got my money’s worth!! Would not recommend d anyone to stay!!

Untrained staff; did not have my rooms ready even at 4pm! Had requested 3 rooms with King size beds and one with two twins. I stead they had all rooms with twins which later they scrambled to reverse! Inside the room, cleanliness of upholstery was questionable; curtains were not working; power sockets were not working by the bed on the right side;. In general didn’t feel good about paying so much money to get this shoddy service.
Also the hotel has now charged me for 5 rooms instead of the 4 we occupied and claim that one of the charges was just a pre-authorization which will be released shortly!! I have never experienced this before and I am an avid traveler with 40 years of business travel across the globe!!

Excellent property and good location , staff is very friendly, breakfast has lot of options and well arranged.
Pros:

Very specious and clean rooms . Prompt service .

Cons:

Lifts are very small and congested , it’s very difficult to accommodate more than four persons , it should have been more specious .

Great property. Loved the room and the shops near the reception. Staff was top notch.

New modern hotel in ancient part of India full of amenities.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. New facilities. One of the nicest hotels we stayed in India

Cons:

Everything was great. It's a few minutes outside of town so you have to drive into town. This was not an issue for us, but if you want to be walking distance, this is not the place.

I didn’t like anything

Cons:

Room size was so small as compared to the price they charge, you can have bigger room, nicer view room with 3 star hotel for half price of the room that Marriott charge , even food parantha size was so small , service was so slow during breakfast buffet , there was no welcome for my family at the door. Room lighting was so dim for my family.
