Beautiful stay
Pros:

We had great experience right from check in to stay management. During the check in one lady shruti took great care of identifying family preferences and gave room which had bigger bed. Both the rooms were checked in before time. That was great consideration. Would recommend strongly for Marriott for their great care and help.

This is not a 5 star !
Pros:

One of the worst experiences, shameful to call this a 5 star property.
No towels in the suite, staff refusing to accept orders from kids menu and absolutely zero pool monitoring.
For the 3 days we stayed, people went into the pool as if it was a pond and there was no staff to check them. Let alone proper swimming attire, people were dipping their feet in the pool and entering in their clothes !! There was no staff to check for this gross breach of hygiene and protocol. Even when we complained, the manager himself could do nothing. Couldn’t ensure that the guests wore proper swimming attire. In fact at night he didn’t even understand what the guests were wearing and why it’s improper. Never seen this before at a hotel !
Please do not stay here especially with family. I hope someone reading this takes away their pool license.
