Pros:

Lack of business acumen, systems, organization and that resulted in very, very, very poor cleaniness, and no maintenance. There was no toilet paper in our room and no shower curtain - so we were unable to take a shower. The carpeting, doors, handles, and walls were filthy. Due to sanitary and health reasons related to allergies we were unable to stay.

Great hotel and value.
Pros:

Very clean hotel with spacious rooms for the price. The staff were excellent.

Cons:

The toilet was functional but in need of replacement. The ice machines were all under repair.

Poor staff
Pros:

With the exception of the broken door the room was nice.

Cons:

. The staff member working the front desk did not identify himself and was not welcoming. We arrived around 12:30 a.m. for a late check-in that had already been requested in advance because we knew we would be arriving late. Despite this, he spent about 20 minutes searching for our reservation, even though it was printed on a paper sitting on the desk in front of him.

During the process, he repeatedly asked for both the name on the reservation and my name while he was already holding my driver’s license. His attitude throughout the interaction was unwelcoming and made check-in unnecessarily difficult, especially that late at night after traveling.

The bathroom door in our room was broken and would not close properly. We were too tired to deal with it at that point, so we let it go.

There was also a discrepancy between the amount I was originally quoted for the reservation and the amount charged at check-in. When I asked about it, he explained there was a $20 incidental deposit, which would have been understandable, except the difference was more than $20. The amount itself was small, so I chose not to argue about it, but it added to the overall negative experience.

If this employee were working the front desk again, I would not choose to stay here. Based on this experience, I’m not confident he is competent in his role.

We got there to check in at 3 n no king beds was ready for us even tho I got an email saying we could check in so we settle for 2 queen bed n that room the ac didn’t work so at midnight we had ask to change room to one that the ac u it work in

Cons:

Online said breakfast included and pool. Neither of which were available unless you wanted to order and pay. Menu didn’t have many option that were available. Pool was out of service which was why we booked this one as we were driving to let the kids play area was sketch with the truckers in parking lots and people walking all over. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke when you walked in.

The pool was closed my whole stay for maintenance. The room i originally got, the AC did not work. After I told the front desk, and someone came to look at it, they ended up moving me to a different room. They were very nice about the situation
