It was quite clean, and very nice inside. The beds were comfortable

Cons:

The pool was closed my whole stay for maintenance. The room i originally got, the AC did not work. After I told the front desk, and someone came to look at it, they ended up moving me to a different room. They were very nice about the situation

Bad experience, demanding some compensation in way of refund.

1. No room service after first night. Inquired and was asked “did you ask for room service?”
2. Pool was down
3. Every ice machine was down
4. Had to get ice from front desk, waited nearly 10 min for staff, then waited another 5 min to get ice bucket filled.
5. Bathroom door hit the tile floor and did not close for privacy.
6. Toilet paper roll was a makeshift rod sticking out of the wall, roll would fall off that rod constantly.
7. Misleading when I booked room, breakfast said “Free Breakfast”, we would have stayed somewhere else if we knew it was an extra charge.
8. Nasty stains on the walls, one smear looked like semen, another looked like drips of blood.
