Pros:

Lack of business acumen, systems, organization and that resulted in very, very, very poor cleaniness, and no maintenance. There was no toilet paper in our room and no shower curtain - so we were unable to take a shower. The carpeting, doors, handles, and walls were filthy. Due to sanitary and health reasons related to allergies we were unable to stay.

the flat bread pizza was horrible, The cafe was out of alot of stuff. The keys would not work front desk people had to open everyones doors
