En mi habitación había cucarachas chiquitas, no hay mucha comunicación por parte del hotel y me cobraron cuando llegue al lugar y no se si se hiceron 2 cobros uno por parte de expedia y otro por parte del hotel

Excelente trato y atención.
Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente. La limpieza en general estuvo bien.
El hotel cuenta con instalaciones adecuadas aunque me pareció muy pequeña la habitación y el refri que tenía la habitación apenas y enfriaba poquito.
La luz se fue varias veces en la habitación aunque cuando hice el reporte lo resolvieron rápido.
Me retracé en el check-out y fueron sumamente amables y pacientes con esto también.

Olvidé mi báscula y cuando volví por ella me la devolvieron sin problema.
El desayuno es muy sencillo, te ofrecen un plato de huevos al gusto y ya.

Lo más remarcable fue la estupenda atención del personal, lo menos positivo, el tamaño de la habitación y las fallitas con las instalaciones.
