Pros:

bon le spa n'est pas dans la résidence mais pas loin, le spa est vraiment pas mal, pensez aux bonnets de bain... j'y reviendrais. on étaient 6, très confortable, possible pour 8, la personne qui s'occupe du logement parle bien français, et nous indique les bons plans. le p'tit dej livré a l heure qu'on veux entre 9 et midi, c'est pas mal, et le p tit dej et complet

A reasonable place but rough in the edges
Pros:

Apartment was OK but it is a bit old, tired and worn out in the edges. Has a beach view but the place is rather hard to find using NAV and a rental car. Gentleman who delivered the keys came promptly from town to give them to us. He was quite friendly and accommodating but, overall, he seemed to be rather tired and sad. Internet connection speed, WiFi, was excellent: fine optics. One of the bathroom had a horrible stench of sewer in it. Apparently the smell trap does not work correctly. After some usage and showers, the horrific smell dissipated but the first impression was bad. This must be fixed. Beach view is nice but the seagulls can be maddeningly noisy in the early morning hours. A decent tapas bar is as less the street from the apartment.
