Pretty little place, comfortable beds and easy to get down town. Enjoyable visit and would not hesitate to come again.
The AC never took it lower than 25 C.
Kevin el chico de recepción fue muy amable, nos aconsejó sitios locales en Valladolid y además nos gestionó el tour de los cenotes para adaptarlo a nuestros horarios. El hotel es muy tranquilo y se puede descansar bien.
El baño era un poco antiguo y la cisterna estuvo haciendo ruido por la noche porque perdía agua.
A mis hijos les encantó que querían quedarse un día más muy lindo tranquilo buena ubicación
Un hostal muy acogedor, habitación sencilla y personal amable.
Como único punto negativo, la piscina estaba un poco sucia pero por lo demás bien.
Struttura esternamente molto carina, presenza di tavolini all’aperto per i pasti (noi abbiamo fatto colazione entrambi i giorni li e ci siamo trovati molto bene sia come prezzi che come qualità cibo); importante la presenza di un parcheggio, staff del bar carino e gentile.
Per un breve soggiorno, considerando che siamo stati in hotel veramente solo per dormire, tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene. Bisogna adattarsi un po
Siamo arrivati e non abbiamo trovato nessuno alla reception o al bar (h 20.30 circa), alla fine dopo circa mezz’ora di ricerche e attesa, e dopo aver contattato booking, é tornato il ragazzo che ci ha spiegato che si é dovuto allontanare. C’e scritto che si deve pagare in contanti e quindi abbiamo prelevato pagando 10€ di commissione, invece una volta arrivati ci ha detto che si poteva pagare anche con carta.
La camera non era molto pulita ma per gli standard locali forse era normale

No water refilling - had that nearly everywhere else & in v hot weather it is really good to have.

The grounds are lovely and the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. There is a restaurant and bar on site that serves great food and drinks that can be enjoyed in the outdoor area. It is a short walk to the town square and other attractions in this charming city.
The gate is locked at night so you have to wake up the receptionist if you get back to the premises.

- L’eau de la piscine est trouble et gluante !!! Impossible de s’y baigner si on ne veut pas attraper de bactérie. La pompe ne fonctionne pas, l’eau stagne et n’est jamais filtrée.
- pommeau de douche cassé, toute l’eau va sur le plafond, impossible de se rincer les cheveux
- PAS DE FRIGO personnel ou commun (première fois depuis notre voyage !!!!!) et PAS D EAU Potable à disposition ????
- TRÈS BRUYANT, tous les matins un homme passe le balais à 6h du matin juste devant la baie vitrée de la chambre, à 5h du matin des gens parlent avec les employés
- aucun rangement pour les vêtement dans la chambre (pas de penderie)
- pas de lampe de chevet
- le billard a disparu
Et encore beaucoup d’autres choses…..
Hôtel situé à 5mn à pied du centre ville. La piscine est agréable pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée et le personnel est à disposition !
La chambre est plutôt simple avec quelques aménagements nécessaires.
