Pros: Convenient and close to airport, decent price, super helpful staff, and nice buffet breakfast. Cons: bedrooms are in serious need of maintenance, most especially in the bathrooms where the mirrors are all eroded. It seems like this may have been a lovely 5-star hotel many years ago, but has been forgotten about since then. We would stay here again if we came to Palu City.
Arrived in time for dinner, but the restaurant was all booked for one big group.

Car park space was limited .The exit out of the carpark was constructed without consideration for turning radius .If you are not careful you may end up hitting the side walls of exit .
Almost every other day the hotel is booked for various functions .

Super nice and friendly staff, great welcome. Loved the view from our room. It was really quiet and restful. the rooftop restaurant has an incredible view. The bath towels were ridiculously massive and fluffy, never seen anything so luxurious.
cold water shower – I expected that the Best Western would have hot water.

The bathroom mirror was already loose, and when it was pulled, it fell and shattered. I reported it. But upon checkout, I was fined 150,000 rupiah. It's frustrating. The mirror broke due to normal use, but you still imposed a fine on the guest..You should also maintain all your equipment to avoid causing inconvenience to customers.
