Love Drury Inn, hate foul odor
Pros:

We love Drury Inn and seek them out when we are looking for a hotel. We have stayed at the one in Chandler a couple of times and unfortunately early in the morning around 3 or 4 AM there is a horrific sewer smell in the room and in the hallways. Not sure if they need a plumber or a priest, but they need to get rid of the smell.

The customer service and accommodations are top-notch and the meals are great. We love Drury Inn, but this will be our last stay at the one in Chandler. We usually make five to six visits to the area every summer and will be staying at the Drury Inn in Tempe next time as we have not experienced this satanic sewer smell there.

Consistent Excellence
Pros:

I discovered Drury Inn while visiting Missouri in June 2026. We had an amazing experience there and enjoyed our stay and all the amenities provided. I was not aware that there was a Drury here in Arizona. There was an event in July that we attended in Chandler, which is about 40 mi away from our home so we decided to stay the night i
on that side of town instead of driving all the way home late at night. Another hotel was recommended by the venue. That hotel had a horrible rating and horrible reviews. In searching the area I found out that there was a Drury nearby and was pleased since I had such a great experience at the one in Missouri. The experience at this hotel was consistent with the one in Missouri. Drury obviously takes pride in their brand and offers an amazing experience at all their locations. Coming from a choosie/picky hotel connoisseur, I appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the Drury brand. It's great to know that you can choose a hotel without worrying about the basics. Their evening kickbacks and morning breakfast, which is included in the price, are a great addition to their already very reasonable prices. You just don't find these types of amenities and care for guest anymore in these times. Definitely worth staying here and as long as there is a Drury nearby during my travels, I will choose them.

Very nice stay
Pros:

The hotel was very nice. It was very clean and smelled good. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

I did not like that the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan.

Awesome, it felt like the staff where friends and not employees of the hotel.
Pros:

It was very well taken care of. I loved the 5:30-7 pm event (I can't remember if it was officially the kick back hour).

Cons:

Thud is super petty but I have gotten used to streaming services and I Dont believe I could log into my accounts.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was clean, attended, staff was excellent, room clean, area safe, bed and pillow comfortable, pool clean, breakfast delicious plus free light dinner!!! Who beats that? 10 out of 10.
