Villas At Poco Diablo

I was blessed to stay at this property for three nights, and I was doing a little bit of a sabbatical by myself, I could not have picked a more perfect place for myself. It was quiet it was clean. It was safe. The staff were amazing. I have absolutely nothing but glowing remarks to make about this facility, I would love to return again for another visit. Make sure if you stay here to step outside either late at night or early in the morning. The stars are unbelievable. While I was standing behind my unit looking up at the sky at 4 AM, I saw two shooting stars! The front desk was super helpful full of information, and very accommodating to my schedule as I didn’t get to check in on time because I had planned some tours and hikes for myself and they allowed me to circle back later on another day to finish all my paperwork. As a female traveling alone, I felt safe, and cared for. Thank you so much.❤️

Clean room, comfortable, quiet area but near anything you could need

What a wonderful place to stay. Clean and close to downtown Sedona.

We had a hard time finding the property after dark we had to call for help. We finally found a very small sign on the side of the wall. Arrival. People are helpful and got us there after a bit of communication. It was clean the pillows were very lumpy. Nice pool and jacuzzi tub in room.

This is probably one of the older properties in Sedona but the cleanest and my favorite!

Privacy is glorious

Excellent property with easy access to everything Sedona. Loved the full size refrigerator and bbq areas. Bathtub was a little hard to get in and out if you have limited mobility. Otherwise a great choice for a relaxing getaway.

Everything was great

Our concierge was simply wonderful! She was polite, friendly & went above & beyond to make our stay as amazing as it could be. We then went to Tracy to check in. She was on a personal phone call when we walked in, which is why the concierge had to entertain us for 10 minutes. Tracy was as rude as the day is long to me (the one that gave her payment), but turned to my husband & all of a sudden grew a personality. It was, "Yes, sir!" "Of course sir!" Having worked as a desk clerk for too many years to count, that struck me as wrong on SO many levels. I was polite, said hello & we're checking in for the weekend. I haven't experienced such a rude desk clerk in the last 20 years. The room was supposedly the best they had. The kitchen is dated (think 1980's). We moved the ottomans in the living room and found food chunks from previous guests. Housekeeping might also want to wipe down the doorframes in the bathroom once in a while because it was nasty. I accidentally dropped the salt shaker on our first night and it broke. My husband went the next morning to let the desk clerk know and she said, "Don't worry, we'll charge you for it." Warm fuzzies all around! That 98 cent Walmart salt shaker? Yeah, go ahead and charge me. I stayed at this location 8 years ago which is what brought us back to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. I won't make that mistake again. I do NOT recommend this location in the least.

Loved the place. Would definitely go back. Resort was quiet and peaceful. Resort was a little difficult to find at 11pm, but we loved how dark it was there at night.

Great property love the location on the creek. The amount of wildlife around is a great bonus. Staff is friendly and helpful, and it’s so quiet and peaceful. Stayed there when working in town and it was a very relaxing place to stay. 5 stars

Mole mexican food is delicious
