Polished hotel in authentic area
Pros:

The area was charming, a real lived in place. This was the only place in Japan I encountered proper toilet paper. The breakfast opened at 5, allowing me to eat even with an early flight. The TV on the room showed useful information and on general instructions were clear. Staff spoke better English than in other places. The train ride to the Haneda airport was only five minutes.

Cons:

Hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast and lunch. The bed sheets were too warm and there was only one, so I couldn't adjust it.

Pros:

Clean, spacious bathroom. Good location: close to Keikyu station and shops and restaurants. There's a nice shrine nearby, it was lovely taking a walk around the shrine.
