エレベーターが無いですが、スタッフの方がスーツケースを運んでくれました

The aircon was not cool enough.

No Lift. The air-conditoner switch was not attached properly.

Jsia Hotel itself is good - I stayed in a private double room with ensuite which worked well. Bathroom could not be faulted, hot water worked, complimentary toiletries. The bed was comfortable, mostly clean, and there was one small bedside table on one side. A small desk and chair with kettle and water also provided. Air con was perfect.
My only complaint was really the other travellers - as the stairwell is tiled, sound echoes, and you could hear everyone else going up and down stairs and talking very easily. Depends on who else is staying. It is also just round the corner from the karaoke bar which I could hear, but it was less annoying than the loud group of middle-aged ladies staying down the corridor.
Also there are several flights of stairs depending on which room you have, but staff offered to carry up if necessary. My last night unfortunately there was a power cut on the street including the hotel so I checked out early.

The staff were very friendly, did my laundry (for about 16rm or 18rm, takes about a day) twice, and the desk was open with someone there every time I came in or out.

The hotel is on an one way street often with traffic, so grabcars may take longer to reach you.

Nice & clean & closer to shopping area but disappointed that there is no elevator. I'll book again in near future.

Surrounded by good food. Good location
Room is small but clean.

walking distance to gaya street, shops and restaurants. rooms are clean and comfortable.

Everything is good but lights in the room always wink away. Not far from the sea.. mall..night chill out place.

We stayed in room 101. We recommend the curtain/window shades should change to those which can block light as neon light from hotel signboard "brightened" the room at night causing us unable to sleep well. Another thing was the water pipe in shower room was somehow blocked as water would not go away fast enough!

located center in city, near to everything, including a loud bar just next to the hotel where singers performs everynight till midnight

今回は深夜のフライトだった為にデイユースとして利用しました。
場所はショッピングモールに近いしガヤストリートにも近い。
海も近いと最高のロケーション。
部屋には冷蔵庫やバスタブ、窓がないので滞在するには利用するか悩むところ。
フロント対応は素晴らしい。
窓さえあればまた利用したい（笑）

The room was comfortable and clean. It will be great if cloth hanger is installed inside the room and kiblat direction was labelled for muslim tourists.

Very clean but a little small. Some staff are extremely nice, the others are not as smiley but still friendly and helpful.
Rooms are clean and AC is cold. Walking distance to all shopping. Would definitely recommend for a couple nights.

토요일 밤에 도착해서 일요일 아침에 나가보니 썬데이 마켓이 열려있어 좋은 경험을 했다.위치는 매우 좋음.호텔에 화장실 악취와 바닥 매우 더러움.신발신고 다녀야 함.엘리베이테가 없어 러기지를 3층까지들고 왔다갔다 함.
