繁華街に隣接していてとても賑やかな街中ホテル
Pros:

明るく清潔感があり、ゆっくり過ごせました。
無料製氷機には紙コップもありよかった。
色々な飲食店があるアーケード街が近くにあり、
ご当地名物や食事処が選択出来ます。
自分はご当地醤油味の冷麺とじゃじゃ麺を食した跡にフラッと近くにある盛岡城跡公園を散歩して帰りました。

Cons:

オニギリのサービスが平日だけだったのが残念。

駐車場の案内するオジサンが親切だっただけ

Cons:

フロントの対応、挨拶はしないわー、アメニティの説明しないわー、チェックアウトもありがとうの一言もない。わざわざ、札幌から行ってるというのに。
部屋にコーヒーがない。朝ウエルカムドリンク飲めない

部屋の洗面所についてが1番最悪、到着して手洗いうがいをしようと思ったら、コップの下から長い髪の毛が出てきて、その隣のシャンプーとかの横に陰毛が置いてあった。清掃さん、しっかり掃除してよ。気持ち悪い
