当然のように予約内容と異なる部屋を案内された。予約内容と異なることをフロントに伝えると、担当が2,3人入れ替わり、謝罪なく新たな部屋を案内された。
フロントの担当者は、新たな部屋を探す間、常にニヤニヤしており、誤った部屋を提供したことの重大さを認識していないように見えた。
翌日からダニ刺されの跡ができ完治まで1週間位かかった。
朝食のメニューが豊かで良かった。
トイレのウォッシャーがボタン式ではなく、捻じる方式で子どもには中々出来ないかなと思います。
