Οι εργαζόμενοι στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν όλοι τους εξαιρετοί, ευγενικοί, πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν και να παρέχουν πληροφορίες, εξυπηρετικοί, χαμογελαστοί. Κατά τη διαμονή μου ένιωσα ασφάλεια και προστασία. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική για βόλτες στο Ρήνο, στο Δημαρχείο και την παλιά πόλη.

Pros:

Bra frukost, Perfekt läge. Att all kollektivtrafik var gratis om man bot på hotell i Basel tom t/r till järnvägsstation och flygplatsen

Cons:

Städningen var begränsat till tömning av soppkorgen. Inga nya rena glas trots värmeböljan. Dessa behödes hämtas själv☹

Frühstück war super,freundliche bedienung ,freu mich schon auf das nächste mal

Cons:

man hat im hotel zimmer keine möglichkeit kaffe oder tee zu machen man muss dafür ins hotel runter und Zeit ist beschränkt wo man kaffe holen kan,man kan sich keinen tee machen in der Nacht oder Kaffe:(

Sehr nett!
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist einfach aber sauber, es gab sogar einen Fön. Wasserkocher mit ein paar Teebeuteln und Instantkaffee gibts auf dem Zimmer nicht, dafür darf man sich in der Lobby bedienen. Das finde ich top!
Zum morgen Kaffee ging ich nach draussen, sehr schön gemachter kleiner feiner Aussenbereich!
Frühstück hatte ich nicht.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist älter aber in Ordnung.
