The hotel says it has parking but it directs you to a public car park and although it’s safe it’s not what we expected.

Perfekte Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden!
Pros:

Das Hotel war mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer im hinteren Haus. Die Innenstadt war sehr gut über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen. Das Frühstücksangebot ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Tags über und auch am Abend konnte man sich vom Kaffee/Teeautomaten kostenlos bedienen.

Cons:

Auch wenn die Betten an sich prima waren, waren die Kopfkissen nicht besonders bequem. Vielleicht könnten Sie eine Auswahl an harten und weicheren Kissen anbieten?

We were only there for one night. The hotel met all our needs.

Happy Visit to a convenient and efficient hotel in the Old City of Basel
Pros:

+ Good sized room facing out not down on the street.
+ Beautiful view of Basel
+ Good bed, nice desk, clean bathroom with excellent show that had amazing water pressure
+ Quiet hours for sleeping was very good
+ Breakfast buffet well worth the price
+ Good selection of food items and drinks
+ Helpful staff
+ Parking at Parkhaus City P4 was very good and just a short level walk to the hotel
+ Leave your windows open that the Bells serve as your 7am wake up call

Cons:

- I wish there was sliced cheeses in the breakfast buffet but the cheese selection was good
