Pros:

5 minutes to party zone. Close enough yet far enough away to escape onto the beach.

Pros:

My stay has been great, we checked in at 6am and was not charged for that night only for an early check in fee of 500 baht. The place is more expensive then my previous accommodations in Thailand but it has great service!

Pros:

Dirt on the walls, tap water smelled bad, one of the bedroom windows had a very large gap in it welcoming in mosquitos and centipedes. I sealed it off as much as I could with a plastic bag pushed in the gap. The bathroom also had a lot of open air for bugs to come in. We just kept the bathroom door closed. It was more expensive than the nice hotel we moved to. No bottles of water, no safe but you can padlock the door. Staff were nice. AC worked. Cute hammock on the deck.

Ok for full moon party
Pros:

Wasn't much availability for Full Moon party day before. This was only one in affordable range. It's a no frills very basic bungalow resort. The owner Lady was super nice and welcoming. Got a basic room on the opposite end of the beach (behind reception). Room was fairly small with double bed, one table and toilet. It was clean but had seen better days. Aircon worked fine. Toilet was ok, shower water pressure kind of low. The bed was surprisingly soft so not a firm mattress. Front porch had a hammock but nothing else. Lockers at reception for safe keeping valuables.

I'd say this is fine for full moon party. Short walk to the action but far enough to have peace and quiet for sleeping / recovering.
