Sehr großes, sauberes Zimmer. Sehr gut geeignet für unseren Zwischenstop am Könissee. Schönau ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist sehr hilfreich, da die komplette Gegend Parkraumbewirtschaftet ist.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war gut, aber auch nichts Besonderes. Sehr wenig Personal, Check-In lief über bereitliegenden Schlüssel, hat aber gut funktioniert. Für den Check-Out mussten wir erst jemanden finden, da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war.

Pros:

Otelin konumu mükemmeldi. Königsee’deki en güzel manzaraya sahip odalardan birinin bu otelde olduğunu rahatlıkla söyleyebilirim. Çalışanlar saygılı ve güleryüzlüydü. Tekrar burada kalmak için sabırsızlanıyorum.

Cons:

Odada tek kullanımlık terlik yoktu ve el sabunlarını minik bir paket şeklinde koymuşlardı. Bu konuda biraz daha cömert olunabilir.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation war schwierig da keiner der Mitarbeiter der deutschen Sprache mächtig war.Auch englisch konnte keiner sprechen .Mit Händen und Füßen ging es dann irgendwie.Das junge ukrainischeMädchen an der Rezeption hat alles versucht um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.

Die Lage ist gut

Cons:

Es ist absolut unverständlich, wie solche „Hotels” heutzutage ein Business betreiben duerfen. Der Preis ist gemessen an der Leistung unverschämt. Das hat Weder etwas mit Hotellerie, noch etwas mit Gastfreundlichkeit zu tun. Wir arbeiten hart fuer unser Geld und wollten uns etwas gönnen. Aber Jetzt haben wir viel Geld verloren und bereuen diese Buchung! Außer der guten Lage finden wir keine positiven Punkte hier.

Tag vor Anreise habe ich dieses Hotel um ca 9:30 gebucht, ca 9:40 Bestätigung bekommen und ca17:30 kam die Antwort, dass es zu einem Fehler gekommen ist und uns ein größeres Zimmer im Sporthotel mit gleichen Leistungen angeboten wird.
Die Leistungen waren nicht gleich. Ich buche mit Balkon, Bergblick und Kühlschrank. Bekommen habe ich ohne Balkon, Blick auf eine Pizzeria und ohne Kühlschrank

Ich bewerte Sporthotel und die Art wie wir meiner Meinung nach, falsch informiert worden sind( vom Pächter der beiden Hotels)
Das Sporthotel war vollkommen überteuert. Da wir viel reisen und einige Hotels schon gesehen haben, haben wir auch was zum vergleichen.
