Pros:

Posizione comodissima, a qualche minuto dalla HBF e dalla sua fermata della U-Bahn. Stanza essenziale, ma comoda, letto comodo.

Cons:

Strada (pedonale) sottostante un po' rumorosa la sera/notte, con viavai, vociare e schiamazzi di gente continui. Prezzo non proprio economico.j

Struttura in cui alloggiare per massimo una notte in caso di necessità
Pros:

La struttura è vicino alla stazione di Monaco, ottima posizione se si deve prendere un treno alla mattina presto o se si arriva tardi.

Cons:

La struttura non è climatizzata di conseguenza in stanza c’era molto caldo, c’é stata la necessità di dormire con le finestre aperte che si affacciavano sulla via principale, il rumore esterno non ha permesso un riposo tranquillo. Era presente un ventilatore in camera (che ho dovuto pulire in quanto era pieno di polvere) in quanto necessario. Le luci funzionano male, la tavoletta del wc era rotta e i saponi erano finiti.
Se si intende alloggiare per una notte ed è una cosa necessaria va bene, in caso fossero più giorni non lo consiglierei.

Well located and fine for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Good location close to 2 S Bahn stations which connect to the airport and close to city centre attractions. Basic facilities but clean and reasonably comfortable. The single room was very small but the shower room was relatively spacious. No air conditioning but the fan in the room kept it comfortable in the hot June weather. Staff were helpful and it provided value for money.

Cons:

Very little storage given that the room was so small. No breakfast facility in the hotel itself but easy access to the breakfast facility in the next door accommodation. Expensive though.

Convenient for a one night stay, close to the Munich train station
Pros:

Was a stay great option for an early train ride the next morning. Close to everything and super convenient.

Cons:

Room is not soundproof. In the morning around 5:00am we heard people talking loudly and it was hard to go back to sleep. Also tried to close the window but it would not allow us to close

A good choice for a short stay in a convenient location
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the main train station and right at the entrance to the old town. It was very convenient for getting around the city and exploring on foot.

Cons:

I stayed during an unexpected heat wave, and unfortunately the room did not have air conditioning, only a fan, which made it very warm. This was something I didn't check when booking, so partly my own oversight. The single room was also quite small, and the desk wasn't really suitable if you need to do some work from your room.

Hotel was 5 mins walk from Munchen HBF railway station. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Room had a fan. Clean and tidy. Wifi good. Funky lights

Boa estadia
Pros:

Limpeza impecável e equipe atenciosa. A cama é grande e muito confortável, perfeito para descanso. Embora a fachada do hotel cause certa estranheza, o interior revela um espaço totalmente reformado, com móveis novos.

Cons:

Hotel não possui estacionamento, mas indicou um local próximo.
