Very polite staff, we really enjoyed the room very nicely.
A very creaky wooden bed that is hard to sleep on. It would be nice to have a kettle and a coffee machine in the room.

This small hotel was excellent for our stay in Budapest:
☆It is ideally located in the Buda area of the city.
☆The staff were friendly and very helpful.

☆The rooms were individually furnished which gave them character
☆. The fairy lit courtyard outside our room made it very atmospheric.

It might be marked as 4-star, but it is definitely a 5-star hotel in any aspect possible. The location is beautiful and central, the room was wonderful and highly maintained but most of all the staff! We haven't experienced such service both in friendliness and professional aspects anywhere. HIGHLY recommended.

Nádherná izba + vírivka na izbe ( to bola parádička), na privítaniev izbe šampanské a koláčik,, všetko super čisté, vynikajúce raňajky, skvelá poloha a parkovanie verejné pred hotelom za poplatok 28 euro na 24 hodin, ktorý však zodpovedá aj miestu.

Curatenie de nivel consistent ridicat cu o deosebita atentie la detalii. Confort foarte bun in sectiunea de cazare. Personal amabil si bine instruit. In zona de mic dejun promptitudine, speed and effectiveness excelente, amabilitate, customer focus. Receptia activa, amabilitate.
Lipsa optiuni gluten free pe zona de produse de panificatie, desi o importanta parte a populatiei Europei nu poate consuma alimente cu gluten. Oportunitate de imbunatatire pe parte de bakery la mic dejun. Zona de mic dejun destul de aglomerata pentru un nivel de cazare echivalenta cu 4 stele generand un usor disconfort. La capitol mic dejun se poate mai bine, in ansamblu. Totusi, preparatele din sectiunea de optiuni mic dejun cu preparare "a la carte" excelente un chef foarte priceput. Improvement recommended pe sectiunea autoservire data fiind structura combinata a formulei de servire mic dejun intre bufet suedez si a la carte. In ansamblu, evaluarea mic dejun este una foarte buna.
