Pros:

Café da manhã é ótimo. a "Suíte Master com Banheira de Hidromassagem" só há uma no hotel (portanto programação com antecedência é preciso) e é espaçosa. atendimento dos funcionários é excelente.

Cons:

a "Suíte Master com Banheira de Hidromassagem" possui uma televisão pequena e distante da cama. o banheiro acaba não tendo privacidade com o restante do quarto, mesmo com o fechamento da porta.

Gostei da localização, gostei dos colaboradores, gostei da cama, gostei do chuveiro com água forte e boa regulagem, a localização do hotel é bom também, perto de varias lanchonetes, mercados.

Cons:

Muito barulho, vizinhos fazendo barulho a noite, eu queria descansar até mais tarde e tinha muito barulho que eu acredito ser por conta da limpeza dos quartos, parece que está dentro do quarto que eu estava.
E o café da manhã tinha pouca opção.
Dentro do quarto é muito escuro, pouca iluminação.
Não gostei de TV, não dá pra espelhar o celular e não consegui assistir o jogo da copa.

Pros:

Nossa estadia no JR Hotel foi simplesmente maravilhosa! Ficamos encantados com absolutamente tudo. Desde a recepção até o check-out, fomos muito bem atendidos por uma equipe extremamente receptiva, educada e atenciosa.

Os quartos estavam impecavelmente limpos, assim como os banheiros, e os corredores sempre muito cheirosos, transmitindo uma excelente sensação de cuidado e organização.

O café da manhã é excelente, com muita variedade e tudo muito saboroso. A piscina e a academia também são ótimas e muito bem cuidadas, tornando a experiência ainda mais completa.

Toda a equipe está de parabéns pelo profissionalismo, carinho e dedicação. Toda vez que formos a Presidente Prudente, nossa hospedagem será, sem dúvida, no JR Hotel. Nos sentimos literalmente em casa, acolhidos em todos os detalhes.
