Needs cleaned or refreshed
Pros:

TL:DR This hotel needs a refresh or for someone to care about the cleanliness and functionality.
We only stayed one night. The good first!!! Que checked us in and she was very pleasant and helpful.
The rest: 4 outlets didn't work in the room. We checked the breaker, it was tripped. We reset it. Immediately tripped. Checked GFCI and they were fine. Tried to reset the breaker again and it tripped immediately. So we can't use 4 of the outlets in the room.
The tile floors in the entry to the room and in the bathroom didn't look clean. I wear shoes all the time in hotel rooms so I'm not sure if they just looked dingy.
The bathroom had (what I truly hope was) beard hair all behind the faucet. Not just a couple pieces of rogue hair. A lot. Clearly the sink wasn't wiped down between guests. The shower floor was badly stained and the walls had odd stains on them and there was pink stuff (bacteria??) growing on the ledges in the shower. And the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in quite awhile. It could have been rust stains but it looked dirty, whatever it was.
The next morning things aren't better in the gym. It's hot in there. No biggie, I'm there to work out and work up a sweat. Only two towels. No water or water cooler.
The breakfast area was a mess. It's early still....within an hour of breakfast opening. The yogurt dispenser has yogurt all over. You can't even get a cup or bowel in there without getting yogurt on everything. This is the only yogurt option, nothing in the cold section for a yogurt option. The waffle maker area was a mess with waffle batter on everything.
There was a full trash bag sitting on top of the waste receptacle and that is how you dispose of trash. So I had to touch a gross trash bag to throw out my plates.
Tables had not been wiped down in the lobby and there were still overflowing trash cans from the night before (assuming night before as they were full of beer cans).
Time to check out and the desk clerk was nowhere to be found.
I'm probably not staying at this location again if I'm staying in the area.

Will do again.
Pros:

I was so impressed with the room I stayed in. Basically a full kitchen to take advantage of. Staff was totally accommodating. Breakfast was was good enough to start the day.

Bad choice.
Pros:

Larger room and plenty of close by resturants.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean, broken features inside the room, putty globbed all over the shower walls, and thin walls. Main areas in the hotel not clean. Breakfast was out of most everything by 7am.

Cons:

VERY OLD RUN DOWN HOTEL AND VERY DISAPPOINTED.I feel I was over charged for this room and could have stayed At a nicer hotel for what I paid.They also added a $30.00 charge when I check in that wasn't disclosed when room was booked.The lady said I will see the $30.00 back on my card at checkout.I will notify c/c company if not received.

Not worth what they charge to stay here
Pros:

I have stayed in alot of hotels over the years and this hotel is one of the worst experiences i have had. First off, the AC contols do not let you control anything, you cannot even turn the fan on, it simply did nothing. I even changed rooms and it was the same, hot, no fan…etc.
Second issue, the Direct tv remote would not work, went down stairs to get new batteries, that did not fix it… so no tv for me… Third issue, the microwave was broken. Fourth issue, in the moring to top off the wonderful stay, no hot water, nice cold shower to start the day.

Nice stay. Very convenient to the golf course. Very friendly staff.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Need to watch the temperature though. Was a little cool. Good selection for breakfast. Fast elevator. Spacious room and bathroom.

Cons:

Bathroom barn style door could be replaced. But ok. Different style than what would be normal.
