Pros:

La habitación estaba muy limpia y el personal era amable.

Cons:

La cama era un poco incómoda y, al ser un edificio antiguo, se oye cuando sale y entra gente de otras habitaciones, y por la noche molesta un poco para dormir.

Una de las camas era muy cómoda y estaba limpio. Cambiaron habitación de forma eficaz

No funcionaba la calefacción en ninguna de las 2 habitaciones. Tuvieron que poner un radiador. A mí marido le cambiaron habitación a nuestra petición porque olía mucho a humedad.

Pros:

Ubicación muy centrica. Las habitaciones limpiar y la cama cómoda

Cons:

La taza del water muy pegada al lavabo y casi no se cabía, el agua caliente tardó mucho en salir y el salía agua de algún borde de la pera

Do not accept passports
Pros:

Nothing, they didn't let me in

Cons:

They did not accept my passport nor my ID, and when I called them to request the refund, they denied that that was what it happened but that they were still going to refund them. The staff was extremelu rude and unhelpful
