It was not comforting for sure, from the time of checking in to checking out, there was an issue.
Cons:

Customer service was the worse part of the stay, I stayed three nights not one time was my bed changed or bathroom cleaned, I asked the front office personnel on several times to please have the television fixed I always slept with my tv on never had it done so many excuses

My stay would have been better if my bed was as comfortable as mines at home.
Pros:

I liked there was a restaurant and bar next door also how clean the room was.

Cons:

I didn't like the steep uneven hills you have to walk up to get to your room. No elevator and the bed was super uncomfortable.

A place to sleep
Pros:

This hotel is close to the airport and easily accessible by taxi. It is a suitable place to stay if you plan to be out all day, as the rooms are nice but quite small. Very clean and beds are comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel restaurant opens at 16:30 for diner. The Restaurant bar is vey small and loud on the weekends, with noise continuing past 1:00 AM.

Regarding parking, the lot is available on a first-come, first-served basis; however, it is very narrow and small, and steep. I would not recommend parking on the street as the surrounding neighborhood may not be ideal for it. Get back early so you have parking.

No ideal for working remotely with WIFI - internet was down most of the time.

Quite good and fast communication and food next door was ok
Pros:

Clean with good AC.

Cons:

Cold shower late afternoon but hot the next morning. Bit of a walk to restaurants etc.

Que rente un vehículo y me lo quitaron 6 horas antes de mi entrega y no se respeta al cliente este es una acción ilegal despuedes de aver un contrato violarlo de esa manera es de muy mala imagen para ese hotel rent car

Customer Service was not great. It can improve. Other than that the hotel is great and the room súper organized and clean. Love the goodies and the drinks
