1 night stay. Some good, some ok.
Pros:

Very secure. Felt very safe. All facilities were clean. Cameras everywhere that staff watched.

Cons:

No parking was inconvenient. It also seems absurd for extra guests to have additional room charges of $30 per person. There was also no breakfast included, and for $250 per night, I feel a breakfast should be included.

Pros:

The cleaning staff was awesome. Room and halls always smelled fresh and stayed clean.

Cons:

There is no ice machine, not even a vending machine. The restaurant is open for 5 hours 6p-11p)and is advertised from 9a-12a. No laundry room i was there for 7 days... not good for a long stay.. good thing a gas station was open and walking distance during the daytime the restaurant isnt.
The girls that work the bar/restaurant are very loud. Unsure if they were having a disagreement but on the other side of the wall, IT FELT LIKE they WERE!

Pros:

What I didn't like was canceling my res. Said you ran my card and it was declined I called my bank and they said that didn't happen. I'm thinking this prop overbooked and gave my room away. Never use booking.com again

It was not comforting for sure, from the time of checking in to checking out, there was an issue.
Cons:

Customer service was the worse part of the stay, I stayed three nights not one time was my bed changed or bathroom cleaned, I asked the front office personnel on several times to please have the television fixed I always slept with my tv on never had it done so many excuses

My stay would have been better if my bed was as comfortable as mines at home.
Pros:

I liked there was a restaurant and bar next door also how clean the room was.

Cons:

I didn't like the steep uneven hills you have to walk up to get to your room. No elevator and the bed was super uncomfortable.
