Just about bearable but had value for money.
Pros:

Size of the room but it could have been cleaner.

Cons:

The entire hotel is shabby. The staff were indifferent and when I pointed out issues the response was to shrug their shoulders. Breakfast was supposed to be served between 8.00 and 10.00, you were lucky if you got anything even at 9.00 a.m.

Bon emplacement, chambre spacieuse et propre.
Bon restaurant pour le dîner.

Cons:

Personnel désagréable et froid, on a souvent l'impression de les déranger. Le wifi est très mauvais, voire souvent en panne, l'eau chaude ne devient à peine tiéde qu'au bout de 10 minutes, la chasse d'eau des toilettes coule en continu, et n'a aucune pression.
Environnement très bruyant, beaucoup de circulation a proximité. Le breakfast est servi dans une salle très sombre, pas vraiment d'offre de petit dej continental, à part des œufs et des toasts. Dommage que le niveau du breakfast ne soit pas identique au niveau du dîner, très bon en l'occurrence.

FANTASTIC VALUE FOR MONEY, GOOD STAFF, CLEAN, NO SHORTCUTS
Pros:

Value for money, professional staff who were kind and helpful, clean, comfortable, no corners cut. FANTASTIC VALUE.

C’était sale et vieillot
Le personnel est venu avec un plombier pour faire soi-disant une réparation. Ils étaient quatre dans la sdb en chaussures sales.
Ça devait durer 5 mn mais c’était plutôt 30 mn
Le personnel est d’un autre âge dans ces Hôtels d’état
le petit déjeuner nul ,le serveur arrive avec deux tasses de café qu’il renverse et le pain beurre confiture je préfère oublier
La lumière allumée dans le couloir toute la nuit
Bruyant
Jardin à l’abandon

A l’inverse l’hôtel d’état de Chitradurga très bien

We booked for family room occupancy was 8 but we 11 members admitted very well.
Pros:

Location was cool good,and was near to Belur temple and the soothing sound from temple can be heard to our rooms made refreshed.
Food was quiet good.

Cons:

Coming to weak points: 1. As the building is very old windows were not able to close properly especially in bathroom and toilet. Window was completely transparent in bed space.
2. Emergency call service was not available.(No landline connections or other connections).
3. No WiFi connection Available. But 24hr connectivity signals appears on mobiles.
