Molta disponibilità, c'è stato un problema con la camera e subito siamo stati alloggiati per una notte da un altra struttura

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Personal und mit dem Unterkunft.
Es ist 500 meter vom Zentrum entfernt.
Ich würde noch buchen,wenn ich im Istanbul bin.

Had a great time at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and cleaned our rooms everyday. The hotel is close to restaurants and sights. It is in the manufacturing district, so gets quiet at night and streets are a tight squeeze. I still recommend this cozy hotel. We would stay again. Free WiFi, the kids loved it. The beds were huge. Bathroom was clean and kept neat.

All was good but the bathroom tap was broken and the edges was sharp. It tore the skin off my hand and started bleeding. Since we stayed only for a few hours - just overnight stay - it was ok and I avoided kids from touching the tap. If not it’s quite dangerous.

The property is located in a poor area although it is clean inside. The shower room and steps to the shower room are very slippery when it is wet, very dangerous. You may fall down causing seriously illness such as heart attack or breaking your legs/arms, unsafe.

The property is close to T1 tram station, about 6 minutes walk. Staff are friendly.

Mehmet a été très accueillant et d’une grande aide pour obtenir tous les renseignements dont j’avais besoin. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel à ceux qui ont un petit budget.

L'hébergement été agréable ainsi le personnel seul souci était la vue sur un côté qui est un peu désagréable .

Le logement réservé etait différent de celui trouvé sur place. La chambre ne sentait pas bon et était en mauvais état (salle de bain, sol chambre, appareil électroménager). Les murs sont très fins et il y avait beaucoup de bruits dans les couloirs.
Niveau emplacement, dans un quartier plutôt animé et à quelques pas du Grand Bazar (station tram T1 BEYHAZIT).

Very close to the grand bazar, tram and metro. Staff very helpful and courteous.

Property condition was okay, fixtures and fittings were old and cleaning was done when requested. Bedding and towels were clean.
Owner Mehmet was very helpful

Ok so when I arrived I asked the front desk if we could make sure the AC worked he said yes I said let’s go look. He stormed up mad mumbling in his language and walked me up to the room and it worked. I began to look for another place asap. I checked out Two days later the place is not bad. I checked in to my new place witch was cheaper and way better. I hurried checked in and hit the town, when I got back to my hotel I noticed me drone was not with us and I immediately msg the place. Long story short we went back and forth as I told him over and over to just check the cámaras. He kept telling me that I accused the cleaning lady. I told him let’s not fix the blame but the problem. He asked why I waited till the evening to msg him witch was a fair question. I explained we where in a hurry to check in and hit the town but the east thing was to just check the camera and he would see that I came with my drone and left with out it. Finally he tells me the cámaras don’t work. So tell him I saw the system when I got there and it looked like they work.He insisted that I lost my drone somewhere else and I just wanted to blame them. He msg me said they had a tech coming to fix the problem and I would see that I did not have my drone. I said good! Msg me when you view the footage! My vacation is over and I’m still waiting, two things happen while we stayed there.during our stay they brought in a sofa bed with 3 guys entering my room. Story is longer , I DONOT recommend this place!!!!

The care taker was really nice. He helped us with luggages and airport transfer arrangement.

Ich wollte dieses Hotel als 3 Sterne bewerten aber wegen dass es für einen Tag im Hotel kein Wasser gab habe es als 2 bewertet. Dads hotel ist? Sonst ziemlich bequem und günstig, der Bruder (Mehmet) vom Hoteleigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

It was a great host for us. Staff and especially Mehmet was so gentile and was always ready to help you. The room was big enough and there were a lot of ustensiles. I want to thanks also the LADY who cleaned the room . All apart hotel was clean and towels were very clean. The Location is so close to historical places and public transporations such as tram and ships. I will go back there again and recommend everybody who needs a place to stay .
