Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Dobra lokalizacja, czysto.

Cons:

WiFi w pokoju piętro wyżej od recepcji w ogóle nie działało, za słaby zasięg. Podczas pobytu remontowali coś i były straszne hałasy rozbijania płytek. Śniadania skromne. Hałasy rano jak szykowali śniadanie słyszalne w pokoju i w nocy z ulicy.

Pros:

Stayed here for 7 nights - super happy and friendly staff, excellent location and quiet (except for Friday/Saturday Night - same everywhere).

Location - easy to access everywhere and only 5mins walk from the ferry pier. Setback from the front strip so much quieter during the weekdays. At the weekend there is no escaping loud music anywhere in town but this has nothing to do with the hotel.

Staff - all were brilliant, agree with others comments here that they really make you feel welcome even for those that only speak spanish. Felt part of the place from the moment we arrived and they did everything to get us checked in way before the official time.

Room - good size room, only issue would be the super hard bed ... if you are busy all day to be honest you'll get used to it but if one thing could be changed; better beds would be it. Clean and well maintained.

Breakfast - simple continental with some egg etc very typical for this part of the world. Does the job fine.

Terrace - roof top terrace with multiple.sun loungers. The hot tub was empty and off at the time of our visit. Mind its so hot here they would be better off with an ice bath!

Summary - would totally stay again here ... just in the future get some softer mattresses and it would be a solid 9.

Pros:

Un hotel foarte frumos, cu personal extrem de profesionist, de nota 10. Mic dejun fantastic de bun, excepțional. Hotelul este la 100 m de zona portului, excelent poziționat, intr-o zona sigura. Camerele sunt confortabile, foarte curate, dotate. Un hotel minunat.

Pros:

Nice hotel in a good, central location. Cosy room. Good breakfast. The reception guy from the late shift (wears glasses) was extremely helpful and always gave useful tips and recommendations.

Cons:

The room was poorly soundproofed, ie you could hear the noise/music from the nightclub/bar on the next street and also the noise from the hotel corridor.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and professional, we received a lot of information and recommendations about tourist attractions, restaurants, activities, etc. I would like to mention Pablo, he speaks perfect Spanish, English and French, he is one of the best hotel employees I have ever met. A successful six-day stay, we would come back anytime. Drinking water is free in the corridor. Breakfast was good, good location, the room also very clean. Thank you!

Good location, unfortunately jacuzzi not usable

Great location, free water refill, staff was friendly.

Cons:

We booked this place specifically for the jacuzzi. First night we wanted to use it, it was empty. Next day they said it would be filled and ready for us in the afternoon, it was not nearly half filled and boiling hot so completely unusable. This made me a bit sad as this was the first stop of our honeymoon and we really wanted a relaxed stay.

Pros:

The location is pretty nice. Close to the port. Clean rooms.

Cons:

I didn’t really like the smell in the room. It was too strong chemical smell. My wife is sensitive to such things. We asked for another room, but all of them were cleaned with the same chemicals. So, unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy our stay because of this.

Exceptional
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They helped us to book tours and gave us a good recommendation about what to do in Santa Cruz.
We enjoyed staying there and staying two more days.
They made this extraordinary experience in islands extra special.
The location was very good too, close to piers,bars, and restaurants.
