Very nice & clean room but broken lift.
Pros:

All good & love to stay here. Very nice & clean room. Only one problem here. The lift is out of service & still remain unusable after 3 weeks. I hope the management can look into this seriously & repair it the soonest. Is very inconvenient for any visitor, who have big/heavy luggage to use the staircase. Thanks.

We keep coming back to this property as it's good location and the staff are very friendly. This trip we were slightly disappointed. We can smell the foul smell coming from the washroom. The helpful staff helped to change us to another room on the same floor. Less smell and we need to keep the washroom door close all the time. The smell most probably from the drainage pipe.

Lovely new hotel that can improve.
Pros:

Coming from an early flight, I was very tired when I reached the hotel. My first impression was good as the hotel was new, staff was friendly and in general the lobby was pretty impressive. However when I got to my room, it was like being in a heat wave. I immediately turned on the air conditioning however it took ages for the room to cool. The bed and pillows are too soft.
