Great location. Excellent breakfast. Everyone was super friendly and nice.

An excellent stay..even in summer!

Equipe des 2 mules super! Toujours à l'écoute et trés reactifs. Le spa est trés agréable, dommage que les soins ne soient pas disponibles cette année. La chambre est spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Nous avons fêté l'anniversaire de ma femme et reviendrons avec plaisir.

We visited this property in July , the rooms were lovely , clean with coffee and tea facilities, the noise from the plumbing upstairs was awful , even though I presume this is more of a winter area the hotel was busy , the area around the pool was clean and well looked after , the food in the restaurant on an evening was excellent and so was the breakfast which had a great variety of fresh cooked bread items ,with the most amazing cheeseboard ( yes , for breakfast) . There was lots of parking as they had an underground carpark . The area itself was lovely , uphill on the way back but still walkable , the town itself even though it was summer had plenty still to do in the town centre and the cable cars and ski lifts still working , cafes and restaurants open , had a great atmosphere, would certainly return

Séjour très sympa. Chambre hôtel très quali par contre quelques trucs abîmés dans la chambre, une lampe de chevet, la porte fenêtre. Si il y avait plus de vérification dans les chambres ce serait pas mal. Sinon top

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par un personnel aux petits soins, toujours souriant et disponible. La chambre était tout simplement magnifique : décorée avec goût, très propre et parfaitement équipée pour un séjour confortable.

Le spa est un vrai plus : détente absolue dans un cadre apaisant, idéal après une journée d’activités en montagne. La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite, à deux pas du centre-ville et de toutes les activités proposées à La Clusaz. Que ce soit pour se balader, faire du shopping ou profiter des sports de montagne, tout est à proximité.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce moment parfait — nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

hotel was very nice and quiet ,close to the skilift

Wonderful hotel with an amazing restaurant and a fantastic spa. It was not ski in/ski out as announced, though the lifts were a short, 5-minute walk from the equipment lockers

Très très pratique et proche des pistes de ski.

I begrudgingly offer a glowing review, begrudgingly because it will make this wonderful hotel a little bit more popular and a little bit more expensive.

However, the staff are excellent, very hard working and extremely professional, and they deserve to be praised.

The rooms and the spa (free for one guest for a two hour slot, extra for second guest) are also excellent. Ski lifts and multiple bars/restaurants are a short walk away. However, the restaurant in the hotel is also definitely worth visiting.

I left my gloves in the bar, I cannot collect them so please treat them well.

Très agréable séjour, emplacement, vue restauration top !
Un léger détail m’a irrité tous les jours, les couloirs des chambres sont encombrés des chariots de ménage, linge sale… pas très classe !!

Hotel moderne, neuf et spacieux. Grande chambre. Cadre très tranquille avec une belle vue. Piscine et Spa nous a été offert. Le personnel est accueillant et pro actif. Parking sous-terrain offert pour nos motos. Il est vrai que nous sommes hors saison.

Veldig bra og skikkelig plass

Chambre agréable et vaste dans un hôtel bien entretenu.
En revanche, au bout de 4 jours on se lasse du petit-déjeuner convenu et aussi du trajet pour rejoindre les remontées mécaniques, proches, mais on n'est pas sur un départ "skis aux pieds"

The room needs a few extras. Better bigger towels. No wash clothes. Nespresso machine great. There is a water kettle in the room but they only leave one bag of tea unless you ask. Shower is good. Not enough electric outlets in the room. Need to disconnect the nespresso machine in order to plug the phone charger, etc…Next time I will try a different hotel in La Clusaz. Just take a chance…
