Dissappointing. Expected more but the fantasy was blown when you look at things up close.
Pros:

the location and decor

Cons:

the room was not clean, it was dusty and bedding was not very clean
no aircon. underfloor heating faulty
uncomfortable beds

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Rezeption sehr freundlich, mit Empfangsgetränk. Frühstück war sehr gut, Personal sehr aufmerksam und Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet. Zentrale Lage.

Klare Empfehlung!
Pros:

Ich war sehr gerne hier. Die Ausstattung und der Stil des Hotels haben mich sehr angesprochen. Auch die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Alles in der Nähe oder mit den Öffentlichen gut erreichbar.
Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich.

Wenn ich wieder nach Berlin komme, werde ich definitiv wieder buchen.

Cons:

An manchen Ecken wars bisschen staubig. Hat mich aber nicht großartig gestört. Mehr gibt's nicht.

Pros:

Wie immer, tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung, sehr gutes Frühstück und vor allem der Balkon unbezahlbar

Cons:

Es könnte gelegentlich intensiv Staub gewischt werden. Das Housekeeping sollte darauf achten, dass bei Belegung eines Doppelzimmers mit zwei Personen auch zwei Gläser, zwei Tassen, zwei Löffel usw.vorhanden sind.
