Staff and location
In the First room we stayed at, the shower drain was seriously backed up, and we needed to turn the shower off to allow for the water to slowly drain in order to continue showering. For our second stay at the same hotel, we got a much better room
The location is excellent. Shower was really great. Breakfast options were varied and tasty
Our first room had no wifi but the staff was able to relocate us to another room and we were able to access wifi there. Additionally that first room had windows and you needed to be very tall to open them. You need to be able to climb stairs - there is an elevator but there are still at least five stairs up or down to access rooms
Aamiainen oli hyvä. Sijainti oli myös hyvä, mutta iltamyöhään kadulla kulki kaikenlaista väkeä.
Todella siisti ja viihtyisä huone. Mukava henkilökunta. Huippu sijainti. Aamupala oli maittava.

Bedroom & bathroom was clean & comfortable
No soundproofing. I was woken both nights by other guests both returning to & leaving their rooms. You could hear guests footsteps on the tiles and conversations further down the corridor & stairs as though in the room with you.

Pienehkö kylpyhuone
Virkelig dejligt hotel, helt centralt i Bucharest. Trods beliggenheden, var der meget roligt og rengøringen var godt over gennemsnittet (tak til Hassam)! Dejlig morgenmad også og glimrende baggageopbevaringsmuligheder :-)
Intet - fik virkelig valuta for pengene :-)

Shower leaked
Η τοποθεσία ήταν καταπληκτική. Ήταν μέσα στην παλιά πόλη κ όλα ήταν πολύ κοντά. Επίσης η στάση του μετρό ήταν δίπλα (3 λεπτά περπάτημα)
Το δωμάτιο μικρό αλλά πολύ συμπαθητικό!
Το προσωπικό ήταν εξυπηρετικό αλλά κάπως άπειρο.
Το πρωϊνό ήταν μέτριο και ο χώρος πρωινού πολύ σκοτεινός.
Επίσης η είσοδος του ξενοδοχείου χρειάζεται μια αναβάθμιση εξωτερικά για να είναι πιο ελκυστικό. Τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ ωραία διακοσμημένα! Επίσης χρειάζεται μια διαφορετική διαμόρφωση χώρου μπροστά από την ρεσεψιόν για να υπάρχει χώρος για αυτούς που έρχονται.

The Room:
- Bathroom: Water pressure was not great, water temperature was not constant (spells of heat and cold),
- Bed: Pillows were not comfortable, the cover was thin and too small for the bed,
- Furniture: the table was wobbly to the point that we couldn’t put anything on it, the phone wasn’t working so we couldn’t call reception (we were on the fourth floor), the room was overheated.
Service:
- Initial receptionist was impolite/dissmisive (too busy for us as she was on her phone), no smile and only changed attitude when we complained.
Easy access for getting around. Right on the edge of the Old Town - in the summer anything in the middle of the Old Town would be very noisey with all the bars. Breakfast in the resturant below was very good.
Rooms were a little claustrophobic. No real natural light and really really stuffy. Noise travels really easily - it was a quiet time of year but we could easily hear people in the corridors. Pillows were thin and hard.
The hotel is very good location, as you know that old town is no car zone and you don't want to pull your luggage all the way to the center around the cobble stones. Old boutique hotel is just a few feet away where the car dropped you off. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. I had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast downstairs at TaRo restaurant is great with a lot of choices. There's mini market and a lot of eateries around.
There is a flight of stairs going up to the reception, not sure with wheel chair accessible. If you have a lot of luggage probably need to check with the reception.
There is 10 lei (small amount of money) of city tax each person in Bucharest.
