I want do the same mistake!

Its address at the limit of the old town

Cons:

The building, as all at the old town is very old and dangerous. Better another one outside but not very far. There is a minimum personel, tired that works many hours and used for every need from reception to cleaning r some assistance at restaurant-breakfast hall. There is no elevator from the gate door to the reception and nobody helps with the luggages. But even an elevator between the floors, stops a semifloor before or after and there”s need to walk too. There was not cleaning during our stay , but only a replacement of soap and toilet-paper after my complaint. A breakfast hall very dark as a bar in the night with a very low quality of coffee and food. Very expensive even at the blackfriday sale-same price months later. So a faulse sale!

Για να φτάσεις στη ρεσεψιόν έπρεπε να ανέβεις 25 σκαλιά τουλάχιστον χωρίς ασανσέρ με τις βαλίτσες. Τότε ανέβαινες πάλι έναν ημιόροφο για να πάρεις ένα ασανσέρ να πας στον όροφο και όταν έβγαινες έπρεπε να κατέβεις έναν ημιόροφο για να πας στο δωμάτιο. Το μπάνιο πολύ στενό για να κάνεις ντους. Το ψυγείο λειτουργούσε όση ώρα είχες την κάρτα μέσα στο διακόπτη. Όταν έφευγες γινόταν διακοπή στο ρεύμα και ζητήσαμε ένα δεύτερο κλειδί για να το αφήνουμε να ανάβει το ψυγείο ώστε να συντηρούνται το νερό μας και τα τρόφιμα μας Δεν μας το δώσουν ποτέ Το πρωινό έως και απαράδεκτο.

Bellissima posizione (è subito all'inizio della zona pedonale ma se serve parcheggiare si trova dall altra parte della strada), personale accogliente e ambiente delle camere ben tenuto.

Cons:

La colazione un po' scarsa, in camera mancano servizi comodi come il frigo bar (c è ma è vuoto, per prendere dell'acqua in piena notte siamo andati in reseption), un solo asciugamano per persona.

Cons:

The booking did not mention that there were stairs—and no elevator—leading up to the hotel level. There are no public areas, lobby, or bar. Breakfast is served at a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. For the first two days, the room was neither cleaned nor tidied. We asked for fresh towels, but only the hand towels were replaced. The following day, no one came to tidy the room either. The stairs were the main issue; how can they expect an older couple with two suitcases to climb up to the hotel level? We received help upon arrival, but when we left early in the morning, we asked at reception for someone to assist us. Unfortunately, no one was available, so we had to carry down two suitcases—weighing 20 kg each—by ourselves; it was an unpleasant experience, to say the least.

Gestion approximative pour un hôtel qui se veut sérieux

Cons:

La malhonnêteté, tu réserves une chambre avec petit déjeuner inclu, une fois sur cet option disparaît et on t impose un supplément pour le même petit déjeuner et surtout il faut le payer en cash ! Pas très sain et sérieux pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Et eh plus ils te téléphone dans ta chambre à 23h quand tu veux te reposer.

Bel hotel in centro.
Pros:

Ottimo hotel in centro. Buona colazione. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Solo una piccola cosa avevamo domandato un aiuto per avere un taxi grande e invece è arrivato un taxi normale.
