Start your service. Finally.
Pros:

It was clean there. The decoration of the room and its design are quite good, but the room is a bit smaller that you expect. No night clubs nearby.

Cons:

An overprized scam. I don't recommend!
Now explaining in details. Where should I start with? The balcony with standing water from the last rain or shower. There's no drainage at all. The second night pillow covers where really dirty, like dirt with a machine oil on them. The room safe didn't work at all on my arrival. The shower hose was leaked badly. They gave me a brochure that says if you're not 10 of 10 satisfied with the service, you better first contact reception. I did that, three times! The result was absolute zero! Total disappointment.

Pros:

If would like to be in city center, it is fine... that is all.

Cons:

Room with view to shaft. Breakfast with no juice, just with sweet water. All in all you simply have no feeling you are in 4 starts hotel. It is good B&B hotel, but not hotel where you should expect luxury and space. No reason for coming back.

Pros:

Staff was nice and the rooms were clean. The location was right in the middle of the action at night and day. Perfect!

Cons:

My room had a very small window only. Did not hurt that much because I used the room for sleeping mainly. If you want to stay in the room in the day ask for a room with a decent way now beforehand.

Not enough bang for your buck, overpriced.
Pros:

The location in Old Town.
Room was big.
Breakfast had decent choice.

Cons:

Never remembering we were three in a triple room and leaving only two capsules. Problem with the door keys that they were slack about fixing for 24 hrs. No real reception. Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. CRAZY all or nothing lighting. Versailles or one lamp!!!
Fridge didn't work.
Overpriced for what it delivered.

Enttäuscht wegen gebuchte und zugewiesenem Zimmer.
Pros:

Gute Lage.

Cons:

Wir haben nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten, aber bezahlt. Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer war viel kleiner.

We paid for upgraded rooms when we booked 6 months in advance.
When we arrived at midnight, tired after a long trip, we were given basic rooms, we said we had paid for upgraded rooms x3. Showed the booking. The staff member laughed and said " bad news" , we gave them to other people now.
