Pros:

Comfy bed, clean room. Old Town convenient to walk. Good breakfast

Cons:

Staff was a bit demotivated. Close vicinity is in really bad shape. Empty fridge as "minibar". From services not really a 4-star hotel.

Sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa on täydellinen. Alakerran Toro ravintolakin ansaitsee suositukset. Crepes metsämarjahillolla kruunasi aterian. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista.

Large, clean room with a nice rain shower on an ideal location to explore the city, friendly personnel

Cons:

The breakfast was varied and there was choice for all, though depending on what youre used to, it wasn't 100% (yet), eg eggs were already cooling down, fruits not the freshest.. Nonetheless it was decent to start the day and coffee was really nice.

Cons:

The staff aren't very welcoming. Seemed to feel annoyed by our presence. The first room we had, you had to sit sideways on the toilet. When we asked to move room, it was like we'd asked them to split the atom. I know it isn't the hotels fault. But the design of the doors means people who have no idea there's other people in the world keep you up most of the night slamming doors. The walls are very thin, as well as the floors. Could hear everything. Won't be staying there again.
