Excellent welcome and customer service. A bit dated property but made up by friendly welcoming staff.

Very clean, great interactions with staff, breakfast was really good with many options. Our only problem was a very slow bathroom drain

For what we thought was an exorbitant cost the room was tiny and quite dated. The shower was a nightmare to get going and then took a great deal of effort to shut down when finished. No fridge. No Microwave. Scrambled eggs in the morning looked like porridge and in truth not much different in taste.

This hotel is adequate and clean but very basic. The beds were a bit worn and the breakfast was not appetizing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very friendly day staff who want you to have a great stay with them. The property itself is a little tired but the room we have was large, clean and had a great view.

It certainly did not seem to be worth over $200 a night. The amenities were sparse and the breakfast was so so. Not anything to brag about.

Great garden setting in a peaceful neighborhood. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Had a lovely stay at Gairloch Highland Lodge. Received a warm welcome from Michael who allowed us to check in early. View from our room was gorgeous. Overlooked Gairloch Harbour. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Gairloch.

Very nice atmosphere. Excellent breakfast choices. Very considerate of dietary needs, with a comprehensive choice of food. Nice room.

We have a late check in, the hotel send us a clear instructions about how to have a self check in. The breakfast is good. Staff is nice. Great to stay there.

A quaint and clean little hotel. Lovely place and lovely staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

It met the expectation that price against room comfort / hotel interior is totally out of balance.

It was in a lovely location with walks available a short distance away, Staff were friendly and informativie.

Nice hotel with good service

Where do I start? Toilet seat loose, extractor fan didn't work, grout missing from floor tiles, badly fitted ensuite door, with an inch gap. Buffet style breakfast, no baked beans, mushrooms, tomatoes. Just bacon, sausage, hard poached egg and DIY toast. A good clean, lick of paint, some maintenance, and a better breakfast and this could be a nice place to stay.

Room comfortable . First hotel of 8 to experience "Pay as you go", with drinks, food and accommodation. No ability to add costs to room , to pay on departure. Strange practice.
