A lovely hotel that combines stylish decor with comfort in a great location. The rooms and public areas are beautifully designed so this hotel will appeal to all design fans. My room was huge, with a very comfy bed and a great shower plus plenty of space. There was a good selection of breakfast items. Staff were helpful. The location is ideal, being just off Rustaveli Avenue, near the parliament building, just a 10 minute walk from Freedom Square and about the same from Rose Revolution Square. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and shops within a couple of minutes’ walk of the hotel.
Really a prefect stay. Kind staff, clean (huge), stylish room with a proper king sized bed. Very comfortable. Loved the decor. The breakfast was top notch - not a generic buffet. And as an added bonus, the do not disturb sign was the cutest I’ve ever seen. I will 100% book again when I return to Tbilisi.
We stayed at Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi, last year in October 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a very clean, neat, and somewhat posh area, right in the city center, with many fancy restaurants nearby. There’s a shopping mall close by, perfect for last-minute shopping, as well as numerous souvenir shops. During our stay, there was a protest in front of the Parliament, but it didn’t affect the calm atmosphere of the hotel.
The hotel design is minimalistic, chic, and stylish. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful, modern washroom featuring a shower and a bathtub—ours was a see-through style, which looked stunning. We had a small private balcony attached to the room, which was a lovely touch. The room was on the same floor as the reception, making it very convenient. Overall, the large room and big washroom with minimalistic décor were definite highlights.
The area has some amazing restaurants. We particularly loved a famous restaurant nearby with an extensive wine collection, as well as another popular pasta chain. The hotel’s own Italian restaurant is a bit expensive but absolutely worth it—the Pumpkin Soup is a must-try. For breakfast, they have a rotating “dish of the day”; we tried the cottage cheese pancakes, which were out of this world.
The staff were polite, though not overly friendly, and the hotel is exceptionally well-maintained and clean throughout. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay at Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel—spacious rooms, luxurious washrooms, excellent design, and a prime posh location make it a memorable choice in Tbilisi.
Breakfast was very good, room was really nice.
Perfect place to stay! Stylish, clean, and in a convenient location. The swimming pool was lovely, and the breakfast was excellent.
Fantastic, That’s one word that describes this boutique hotel. The location is brilliant, Right in the middle of Rustavelli avenue and nearby liberty Square and metro station. The rooms were absolutely wonderful and fabulous (spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable). The beds are super comfortable. The decor is uncluttered. The staff is so helpful and sweet. The buffet breakfast was so yum and wholesome. I had a fantastic stay at the Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel. A special thanks to Gvantsa at reception. Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel truly offers a blend of elegance, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

Perfect. That’s one word that describes our stay here. The location is brilliant. Right in the middle of Rustavelli avenue, behind the parliament and walking distance to old town and all the touristy things to do and also to the metro station. The rooms are fabulous. The beds are super comfortable. The decor is uncluttered and scandi style. The heated pool and gym looked great, we didn’t have time to use them. The staff is so helpful and sweet.
We stayed here 6 nights and loved it.
My only little criticism, the buffet breakfast was so yum and wholesome but it was exactly the same every day. Nothing changed on the menu. It can be a little monotonous on longer trips. But it’s a small thing.
Also the restaurant (though listed as a top restaurant in the area) was only open for breakfast and no one told us this when we checked in. We actually once walked back to the hotel hoping to have lunch there, realised it was closed and had to find another place.
Whatever we did eat was great. Also they were so sweet to realise it was my birthday and put a little surprise of a bottle of wine and a snack platter in the room to make the evening special.
Also our room on the ground floor was huge. And had a nice big sit out too.
Shota@Rustaveli is a nice little boutique hotel right next to the parliament, spacious room with an indoor swimming pool and sauna, with good breakfast too. But a big dampener for room 102 was the weird design of the bathroom. The shower area simply didn't have a door. A family room booked on triple occupancy that has no door on the shower zone - how absurd is that. Highlighting the issue to the manager at the reception also didn't help. We got the usual response - can't do anything, can't change rooms as we are fully booked etc. But then why allocate such a room for a triple occupancy family booking in the first place? Strange.
Wonderful, hotel in a quiet area of town. Of note, its very near the parliament where demonstrations are held each night.
We loved the location and our suite. The staff was very helpfull and nice.
Lovely hotel. Really clean. Bed really comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good location

Very spacious room! Easy to walk to most sights in Tbilisi from this location.
I had a fantastic stay at the Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel! The rooms were absolutely wonderful—spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location near the Parliament is unbeatable, providing easy access to key attractions in the city.
A special thanks to Gocha and Lili at reception, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Despite my early check-in, they worked tirelessly to find a great room for me, and their warm and accommodating service made all the difference.
Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel truly offers a blend of elegance, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit!
It was magnificent boutique hotel in great location, and in the heart of the city, beautiful rooms with interesting choice of high end materials, very good breakfast, helpful staff, really o great place to stay if you are in Tbilisi. I was 100% satisfied.
This was my fourth stay at this hotel, and I was once again more than satisfied with all aspects. On checking in I was upgraded to a room with a large bath, which was extremely pleasant. The balcony looked onto a quiet area so I was able to drink a glass of Georgian wine in peace after a long journey. The staff at Reception were very helpful with booking transport. Service and food at the restaurant downstairs was a delight. I strongly recommend this hotel.
