Missing the little touches and staff need guest engagement training.
Pros:

Location. Next to tram and village.

Cons:

Outside looks industrial and not very inviting. Staff were not too helpful when I arrived late back to the hotel unwell and looked for honey, a simple request. The shower gels were empty. Little things overlooked. Pity as all else fine.

Cons:

Wir hatten alles ordnungsgemäß gebucht, bekamen aber keinen Zutritt ins Hotel. Das Türöffungssystem mit Code funktionierte nicht. Es war bitterkalt und wir mussten Nachts unsere Heimreise antreten. Die Hotline war nicht erreichbar.
(Wir waren in dieser Nacht nicht die einzigen, denen es so ging)
Nach später durchgeführten Telefonat /e-mail wurde uns die Kostenerstattung mehrmals angekündigt. Bis heute ist nichts überwiesen!!!
