Kurztrip in Hamburg
Pros:

Freundliches Personal. Rezeption dauerhaft besetzt und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze vorhanden und man konnte sein Auto stehen lassen. Zentrum gut erreichbar mit den Öffentlichen. Zimmer waren groß. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einen Balkon.

Cons:

Leider waren die Parkplätze etwas knapp bemessen. Mit einem großen Auto etwas schwieriger einzuparken. Um auf das Zimmer zu kommen war es eine lange Reise. Das Hotel ist halt groß und wir musste über eine Terrasse wandern. Fand das der Fernseher etwas klein war.

Man fühlte sich fast wie zu Hause und sehr gut aufgehoben

Das Französische Einzelbett war perfekt und gemütlich.

Das Hotel war für ein 4-Sterne-Haus verbesserungswürdig

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Personal war freundlich

Cons:

Die Einstellplätze in der Tiefgarage sind extrem schmal, für ein größeres Auto kaum geeignet. Am Samstag-Abend war die Hotel-Bar geschlossen! Es gab nur einen Lift, auf den man oft lange warten musste. Und beim Frühstück war nur eine Kaffeemaschine (natürlich lange Schlange!), die dann auch noch zeitweilig defekt war…

Gastfreundschaft ist hier überall zu spüren.
Pros:

Mal wieder begrüßt zu werden mit der Frage hatten Sie eine gute Anreise, war richtig schön. Also das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es besteht gute Anbindung zur Autobahn und kostenlose Parkplätze und S-Bahn in der Nähe mit guter Anbindung nach Hamburg. Wunderbar ist auch der Wintergarten/Aussenbereich indem man wunderbar sitzen kann. Es gibt viel Liebe zum Detail. Ein schönes Hotel.
