Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, die S-Bahnstation ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Anbindung an Hamburg ist sehr gut. In 25 Minuten ist man mit der Bahn in Hamburg Zentrum.

Pros:

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, herzlicher Empfang. Wir bekamen ein sehr schönes Komfort- Zimmer mit Balkon und großzügigem Bad auf ruhiger Hausseite. Alle Bereiche des Hauses sind sauber und einladend. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, spezielle Wünsche wurden gerne erfüllt. Wochentags kann man auch gut im gemütlichen Hotelrestaurant Abendbrot essen. Zum S-Bhf. Reinbek gelangt man in nur wenigen Gehminuten, das Auto bleibt in der kostenfreien Tiefgarage stehen. Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind allerdings recht schmal, mit großen PKW's wird es ziemlich eng.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Servicepersonal ist nett und kompetent. Parken kann man kostenlos in der Tiefgarage des Hotels (allerdings sind die Parkplätze etwas beengt). Zimmer, Bett und Bad sauber und bequem. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker und unser Hund durfte mit zum Frühstücken.

Cons:

Kein wlan fähiges TV.
