Beautiful Hotel with a beautiful view close to many important places in Busan!
Pros:

The hotel is located very close to Haeundae Beach, walking distance to the Mipo Station for the Haeundae Sky Capsule, also very close to the metro station. We had the corner family room which was very spacious and with a thousand dollar view of the Haeundae Beach!!!

Cons:

Everything, we paid for a 4* accommodation, but got not even worth 1* service, or room. The staff were not friendly at all and sometimes even rude, the room was old and patch fixes everywhere, they didn't change the bed sheets, just straighten the blanket and threw the pillows on top, the sink was filthy like they haven't been clean for a long time, you can see the scum buildup around the faucet and glass marks everywhere, we have to sorted out rubbish to individual recycling or get charge 10000 Korean won per day, no safe in the room, toiletries were just shampoo and body wash, no conditioner. There was no coffee or milk, just tea. Very bad experience

Great stay! Good view of ocean & beach. Very comfortable.

Very disappointed and certainly not a 4-star hotel.

The location is really good and close to all shops and the beach

Cons:

Almost everything. The place appears to be a hostel for back-packers and it is so busy. Lift is always busy and sometimes the rooms at the bottom floors cannot get into the lifts and almost had to squeeze in, in order to leave the building. Lobby is basic. We did not use the restaurant. Some of the rooms had some left over hair on the shower floor, bed and one of the rooms smelled like the previous tenants were there smoking.

L hotel est très bien placé, près d' une rue animée, du métro et de la promenade du bord de mer.

Great location.
Pros:

The location is amazing, and the view for a sea view room, is incredible. The buffet breakfast is pretty basic. I think an earlier check-in and later check-out for weekday stays that aren't during a major holiday event, should be offered, as the hotel wasn't busy.

Cons:

My extended family booked a suite for three adults and one child. The advertisement said "sleeps 10". But there were only 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds. The suite certainly has space to sleep 10, if people bun down in the living room, BUT you have to pay 22,000 won for a 'mattress' (which is actually a sleeping pad, not a mattress). So false advertising all around there. Also, the bathrooms didn't have had soap. When we called the front desk, they told us to use the body wash in the shower. I refused and said I am not moving a container of soap back and forward like that. I really had to push to be provided with a separate hand soap for the bathrooms, which is wild considering the cost of the room/suite.
