Pros:

The location was great

Cons:

They have no bar and there was a lot of noise from construction to people running up and down the hallway door, slamming very loud property.

I would definitely book this hotel again when I go back to Austin.
Pros:

Customer service was excellent. I liked the daily text messages asking if I needed anything or just asking about my stay. They were on top of things!

Cons:

One elevator wasn’t working when we checked in. It was fixed the next day but made me hesitant to get on it.

the bathroom floor tile were in serious need of repair! they were loose and uneven with sharp corners to trip on.
