According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
Parking is available at an extra cost of R$90 per day not included on the daily rate.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

30 min from city centre (but uber cheap, so was ok and calm and fresh air made up for it).
We stayed in a city centre 5 star hotel first and we had the noise of helicopters taking off and landing and city traffic. Sao Paolo is a huge city!
