According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Una experiencia única. Mi hotel favorito en São Paulo.
Pros:

Es uno de los hoteles más lindos que hay. Las habitaciones son preciosas, las camas cómodas, el tamaño perfecto, las vistas bellísimas, el desayuno increíble, la comida, la amabilidad del personal, atención personalizada y los pequeños detalles hacen que sea una experiencia exquisita.

Cons:

La lentitud de la atención del restaurante de la piscina y de cena. Absurdamente lento. 40 minutos para un fish and chips…. 30 minutos para una Coca Cola. Eso deben mejorar urgente.
También, la atención del área general de la piscina debe mejorar. Deberían llevar agua de cortesía sin preguntar y ser más proactivos en mantener todo impecable.
Es lo que uno espera en hoteles de este tipo.
Lo último, hay muchas actividades para niños, pero todo en portugués. Nada adaptado para niños extranjeros.
Y al kids club le falta un update! Está igual (con la mitad de las cosas) que hace 8 años.
