How comfortable and close it is to everything
Staff was amazing rooms were clean and beds were comfy
Paying to park
Located right at the end of the Purple bridge on the Kentucky side of the river. Excellent views of the city skyline from the bridge. A convience store, lots of shops, eating places, bars and the aquarium all very nearby but in a quite, family friendly area. Nice rooms, big TV, fridge, excellent free WiFi throught, air con etc. There is a pool, gym and game room but I did not avail so cannot comment. Cincinnati downtown is quite walkable along the very nice river front and Lfyt / Uber rides were cheap and very avaliable for those less energetic days. The lower cost of the hotel more than made up for any 'taxi hires' needed. A multi story car park is available if your driving. The very regular bus (Southbank Shuttle) to the centre also stops very near the hotel entrance.
The 2x bus from the Airport can take about 1 hour 20 minutes and if via Florence also requires bus changes before it gets to the downtown area and is still about a mile from the hotel. A Lyft ride from the dedicate pick up point at the airport was $40 with tip - good value if you are pressed for time, like the lack of destination confusion or are in a small group sharing the cost (Bus is $2 each one way)
I didn't like leaving. Would happily stay here again.
It was so classy

Location
Currently staying in room 605 and one of the two small windows in my room has a view of the 6th floor elevator lobby and whoever is in that lobby can see my bed and room in full. There is very little lighting in the room, which is why we opted to keep both window shades open until we noticed a guest peering into our room last night. We were not made aware that there is no protective film on these windows to provide privacy. I spoke with the ladies at the front desk who came up to view our concern and saw our entire room was visible as housekeeping had come through and raised our blinds, leaving our room and contents exposed. They were unable to assist other than lowering the blinds near the elevators, but within 5 minutes another guest raised the blinds. Their remedy to this was putting up signs to try to stop people from raising the blinds in the elevator lobby on the 6th floor. They also stated that housekeeping is instructed to raise the blinds “halfway” during their cleanings. However, at check in and after this morning’s cleaning, the blinds were more than halfway open to where the entire bed is visible looking in from the elevator. This is unacceptable and in my opinion, allowing the invasion of my wife’s and my privacy!
GREAT
Yes
Breakfast had great choices the pool and lounge were great environment with kids. N9ce location and fair price.
Free parking would be welcomed.
Many things to do at the hotel and surrounding area, all within walking distance. I never had to drive once I checked into the hotel.
We had to switch rooms because our door wouldn't lock.
Rooms could be a little bigger.
Staff is always amazing especially Leslie. Setting areas, black out blinds, beds comfy, rooms always nice and cool.
Wish the fire pits were working. The pool a bit warmer, microwaves needed in the rooms.
Location and value
Room we booked
Very clean and well kept. The front desk coordinator, Lacy, who greeted us was fantastic! Definitely made us feel welcomed right away!
It’s a bit pricey for what you get… but on the flip side, you’re minutes walking distance from a lot of great venues, and the levee at night is absolutely beautiful
Very clean easy access to Cincinnati
No breakfast
I absolutely love this hotel. Something about it is so inviting and comfortable.! It’s close to everything.
I have stayed here before and this time the staff was stretched really thin. They were so nice but having one person try to do so many things at once reflects on the company. We were told about breakfast it not told that we had to pay for it, 8 bucks for a SEC biscuit 😒😒
