The toilet broke in the room I booked and flooded the bathroom. We went to the front desk they offered towels and a plunger apologized and mentioned compensation but no actual action was taken or compensation happened. No alternative room was offered or anything.
My fiance cleaned all the water up and found a broke peice inside the tank to make it stop.
We've sent messages and emails both and have received no message back from the property.

Good location
“Upgrades” and “renovations” just added some basic furniture to the lobby and changed a few things in the rooms. But the bathrooms still had dirty, moldy tile with dirty sinks and counters and old mirrors with the mirror finish coming off. Doors stuck. Floors and walls were dirty. It looks like they’re still working on things, so I hope they’re getting back to the bathrooms and simply cleaning floors and making all of the TVs (including the one outside) actually work.

Location and staff were very friendly.
The location is absolutely perfect, and so are the staff! Every single employee I spoke with was helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and the hotel was quiet when it was bedtime. We didn’t take a pet, but it’s a pet-friendly hotel and we saw furry friends. It is very easy and quick to Door Dash there, too.
The worst part was paying extra for parking: $15 per night. The sink was slow-draining, and if you turn on the bathroom light, the area outside of the bathroom is lit as well. I also couldn’t find a way to turn on the vent in the bathroom. There’s no free breakfast.
The staff were very friendly and the location was great!
Bed was not comfortable for us. The pool is too small and the bathroom sliding door was difficult to open and close The breakfast is weird. It’s like they are charging you for a continental breakfast. They don’t have complimentary coffee all day like most hotels also you have to lay for parking which I have never had to do at a hotel

Spacious room. Comfy beds. Nice pool. Close to where I wanted to be. Lots of attractions nearby to focus on. Safe area.
Room was on top floor and extremely hot: 82°F. Gradually cooled to 77°F overnight. When a toilet was flushed anywhere on the floor a loud whistling noise accompanied making sleep an issue.
