We had a wonderful time celebrating my grandson's birthday!

Pros:

I really like the location and that is why I chose it

Cons:

I did not like that. This is the second time that I have stayed there during winter months and the inside pool was ice cold. The bar also was not open either time than I've stayed there.

Location was great for my event at the Heritage Bank Arena. I like the safety of the parking garage as I was traveling alone.

Cons:

The fifth floor that I was staying on was being painted and when I got off the elevator, I was greeted with stuff all over the carpet and they continued to work in the hallway on a Sunday morning. Felt like this could’ve been done differently.

Excellent and accomodating, will be staying again.
Pros:

Lacey at the front desk was excellent. She went above and beyond and made my Wife's birthday very special. We asked for something small and she truly went out of her way to make us feel at home.

Pros:

Easy to find, made you feel welcomed

Cons:

I had the room with 2 queen beds but the beds were actually full size beds, there was no trash bags for the trash cans in the room, the tv didn’t work majority of the time
