Pros:

Good location, very nice staff

I liked the old stained sheets with holes, I loved the broken toilet seat that cut my rear, I liked the hair on the floor and the bathroom. I liked when I told locals I’m staying there and they laughed.

Cons:

I read the bad reviews and thought “it can’t be that bad…” Should have listened.
