Decent Place
Pros:

Decent Cooperative Staff but could hardly understand English.

Fit the budget for a layover stay as close to the airport
Pros:

Bellman was lovely and friendly

Cons:

Beds way too hard.
Shower was a nozzle on wall, flooded bathroom when used.
No hot water was just warmer than cold. Bath felt like would collapse under me and I am not that heavy.
No details on breakfast, was told when we asked to call room service. Minimal information in the room about services if any.
Had to pay full night accomodation to get a few hours extra till our flight, had to ask for WiFi password and they wouldn’t give us plugged into our phone themselves.
Minimal English from reception which was hard to communicate
Cheap and worked for the one night we stayed
Was very clean.

Nice for a short stay but not for a lengthy one.
Pros:

The room was very clean and big, the bed were comfortable.

Wish we paid $10 more AUD for comfort and cleanliness
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, I cannot fault them

Cons:

Everything about the advertising for the property was false. It was extremely noisy 24/7, uncomfortable, a weird layout, the bathroom flooded when showering, no hot water at all, no mini bar as stated, no bath as stated, no pool as stated, bed felt dirty, aircon and bathroom mouldy

Very helpful staff very kind if any problems. Breakfast was a few different tasty vietnamese meals to your room, simple but good. Room just as photos described.

Amazing and awesome Hotel!
Pros:

The location is very good. It is near to the airport about 10mins reach. It is also near to many food places and it is along the main road.

The staffs (Nguyen & Huyen (the receptionist), Nguyen (the bellboy) were so nice, friendly and helpful. I felt so comfortable and they are always smiling and approachable. They can also speak and understand english well. You can ask anything or any help like ask to call the taxi or location for good food.

They also provide massage in the hotel which is great as no hassle to travel out to find place for relaxing and massage. My masseuse (Phuong) was friendly and nice. He tried to converse with me even though his english is not good. The place is also clean and comfortable like sitting in the movie theather while watching something on the two big tv screen.

Cons:

No negative.

Just maybe the gap between main door's bottom to the floor is quite big space. I mean if you on the light inside the room, it can be seen from outside.
