Good location only a walk away from the town. Comfortable suite and a lovely touch as breakfast was able to be served in our suite. Fabulous breakfast with plenty of choice, arrived hot and on time.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel, this is our second stay & I would be hard pushed to fault it in any way.
The rooms where a great size and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is perfect and close to everything you need. The breakfast is excellent and very delicious.
The only down side potentially could be the parking situation but we managed to get parked you just could be potentially blocked in for a period of time if you was really unlucky
Very well located in Bowness literally just few minutes from the Centre, yet in a peaceful setting.
Bedroom was very small
We’ve stayed here before and previously found it to be good value for money, which is why we chose to return. However, this time our experience was disappointing in a few areas.
The lady at reception was not welcoming and came across as unaccommodating, particularly when we questioned the unexpected parking fee. We were unaware that parking charges had been introduced, and it would have been helpful to have this clearly communicated in advance.
Additionally, we came for a relaxing break, so we were a bit surprised to be asked to select a specific time for breakfast, which added an element of scheduling we weren’t expecting during what was meant to be a laid-back stay.

Great location with very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast choice with a range of options on the breakfast menu. Room was very comfortable.
The additional £10 parking charge was unwelcome and excessive given the nightly room rate. I thought this was exploiting paying customers. Room was excessively warm with no means of adjusting the temperature. The fan provided was ridiculously large and noisy and could not be used. Lacked thought and practicality.

The shower control taps were confusing. (No explanation was provided in the room)
Staff were lovely. So close to town and lake. No need for car.
Shame there wasn’t a bar. Not great for disabled and room needed drawer space
Bit harsh to pay for parking.
Very friendly staff, comfortable, clean room and very convenience place within walking distance to restaurants and the lake. However, there are two things that need to improve 1) should have allocated parking for each room 2) we stayed in room #5 which is above the breakfast area the smell of burning toasts and burning smoke got into the room in the morning, should have better extractor fan in the kitchen area.
