Pros:

The room is spacious. Big screen tv with high speed internet provided in which I can enjoy my watching movie using my xiaomi tv box connected to the tv. Safety box is useful when I need to leave my valuables in the room when I go outing. This hotel is at the heart of the Kuching city and about 3 minutes walking distance only from my convention which was being held at the Sheraton Kuching. Iron and iron board is ready for memo iron my formal attire. Fridge is useful to keep my box of molk fresh.

Cons:

No laundry bag provided for me to do laundry.

Noisy, many bikes speeding down your windows
Pros:

Clean towels. Easy to find food nearby.

Cons:

Mat rempit next to your window,noisy. It's by the main road. No slippers, no tea spoon.

Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Room also cozy and spacious for money. Location nearby to the waterfront and topspot of kuching. Will surely repeat it again if i visit kuching in near future.

Cons:

The parking is very limited and no free parking if you rent a car
The check in time sometimes delayed, need to wait until 3 pm for check in purposes only, and need to check out early at 12 pm which is not fair.
