Good Business Hotel
Pros:

I like the space in the room, the location, the hand sanitiser, the riverside, the staff. The shower head and pressure were superb!

The breakfast choices were OK.

Cons:

Just a little bit flaw,

1) the room has ants, they are not harmful, but I don't like them.

2) the power switches have no label, every time I wanna turn on/off bathroom lights, I have to try all.

3) the power plugs on the desk is too close to the desk, my laptop plug couldnt plug in because the cable is needs space, although I like the universal plugs provided.

nice hotel by the riverbank
Pros:

First, the good things about this hotel. Location is perfect. It was at the riverbank, so no need to cross the street to get to the riverbank. Generally, all staff were nice. I would like to thank Miss Cosaverina for making the phone calls for me. The phone in my room did not work so I had to use the phone at the reception and Cosaverina was very helpful. The room (amd the bathroom) was really big and I would like to thank the hotel for giving me a room on the highest floor with great view of the cat statue. Thank you for that. The towels were clean and so was the bed. I loved the pillows. They were so soft. The electric sockets, ceilings and bathroom looked newly renovated. TV had a lot of English channels. Wifi was ok. Shower was great

Cons:

When I checked in, the female receptionist was not making any reaction, as if there was no one in front of her. I had been standing in front of her for several seconds. Since there was no reaction from her, I had to say "hi" to let her know that there was a guest in front of her who had been waiting. When I arrived in the room, the carpet was so dirty, with lots of strands of hair. The carpet looked very old but old is different from being dirty. For the next two days, I had to request that the floor be vacuumed well. Also, the two tables beside the bed and the desk/table were all dirty. I had to clean them all first because using. One bedside table even looked as if cups/glasses were used and it was not wiped. The dirt was very obvious. The towels, though, clean , had loose threads falling off . The hotel should be mindful of this kind of towels. I tried the breakfast once but it was around 915 and the selection was not much anymore. The hotel did not put toothbrush and slippers in the room. Guest had to request it.
