La camera... purtroppo il Palio ha condizionato il parcheggio, avendo noi una bambina. Ma non lo sapevamo ma per il resto tutto stra okay

Serve aiuto alla colazione al personale e qualche tapparella in più per via del sole che entrava impetuoso. Ma parlo per la nostra stanza che era cmq bella, le altre non so come sono...

Pros:

Stanza grande (eravamo 3), accogliente e fresca. Letto comodissimo! Staff molto cordiale. Colazione ricca e con una vista sulla valle fantastica.

Cons:

Bagno non pulitissimo.
Sarebbe meglio avvisare in fase di prenotazione (su booking) che la finestra si affaccia sul vicinissimo muro!

Perfect location near centre of Fermo, parking outside the hotel, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Restaurant was excellent, really knowledgeable waiter and probably the best steak we’ve ever eaten!

L'esperienza è stata molto positiva sotto tuttigli aspetti, la posizione, la grandissima terrazza che offre il piu bel panorama che abbia visto negli ultimi viaggi,prezzo,disponibilita del personale, spazio della camera, pulizia, colazione.

Cons:

Un piccolo neo rispetto alla positività generale è la vetustà della costruzione e dell'arredo e segnalo l'impresentabilità della moquette dei corridoi facilmente sostituibile con una passatoia nuova.

Personeel receptie, bed, schone kamer, ligging top, maar ontbijt onvoldoende
Pros:

De jonge dame van de receptie, weet haar naam niet, was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alle lof. De ligging is goed, om de hoek van het centrum

Cons:

Het soort van gordijn in de badkamer, meer een laken wat in de avond met het licht aan erg doorschijnend is voor mensen van buitenaf als je bv onder de douche staat. Een rolgordijn niet lichtdoorlatend zou fijner zijn. Het koelkastje op de kamer maakt best veel herrie.
Het ontbijt ( rond 8.30 uur) vond ik slecht. Er lag geen brood, alleen soort mini croissantjes, cake, voorverpakte soort koekjes, beetje fruit. Geen eieren, theewater, bediening kwam niets vragen dus moest zelf vragen of er nog meer ontbijt was zoals brood en water om in de waterkoker te doen. Er waren wel lange tafels gebruikt door een workshopgroep en er zat een team sporters maar als hotel moet je de individuele reiziger niet vergeten. Hiervoor een dikke onvoldoende.

Fermo, la città che non ti aspetti
Pros:

Cosa si può volere di più. Sei a due passi dal centro di Fermo, una vista mozzafiato su Sibillini, Gran Sasso e mare, del personale gentile e disponibile, una struttura pulita ed accogliente, una ottima colazione, il tutto ad un prezzo decisamente onesto! Da ritornarci sicuramente.
