Sofia Suite Hotel & Spa Da Nang - Free 01 Draught Beer and 20-minute Spa per Room

We booked room for family and it was big enough for us. Rooms were clean. Staff were very polite and good hospitality. Location is very good and many restaurants near by. As Indians we found many places to eat around here.

Everything was perfect. Good rooms, clean. Very nice staff.

The friendliness of the staff, the welcome drink with fruit and the full body massage after a tiring journey! We liked the location as the hotel is just a 10 minute walk from the beach and there're lots of fancy restaurants in the area. It was easy to get to the city centre by grab.

Everything is great in this hotel. The staff was polite, courteous, spoke English and prompted when help was needed.
The rooms are clean, spacious, towels are changed every day and they smell delicious. Floors are cleaned, which is undoubtedly pleasing, not everywhere it is done in Vietnam.
I would like to mention such wonderful things as vouchers that are given at this hotel. Upon check-in, we were given 3 vouchers: for beer, at a rooftop pool bar not far from the hotel, for breakfast, which was delicious, and for a massage. I don't know if I got a discount on the massage voucher or the fact of my stay, but I got a 30% discount on my first visit and a 95-minute massage cost me 350,000 DONG (it's about $13 now ).
The breakfasts were delicious, and I ate too much. There weren't a lot of desserts and fruits, although it wasn't a big problem for me.
The location of the hotel is very good. There are many restaurants nearby, it's a 3-minute walk to the sea, and the street is very quiet, so we slept well.

Отличный отель! Находится рядом с морем, но на тихой улице. По размерам небольшой, уютный. Отзывчивый, доброжелательный персонал. Ежедневная смена полотенец. Каждый день пополняли номер питьевой водой.
На завтраках выбор не огромный, но каждый может найти что-то для себя.
Остались очень довольны проживанием!

Good service

Chris and all the staff were exceptional. the location could not have been better. we had a birthday while there and the team surprised us with a birthday cake. breakfast was really nice and good varied choice. rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. will definitely be returning when back in Da Nang.

We spent a few nights at Sofia Hotel and had a fantastic stay. We were so impressed by the overall value and felt completely relaxed and well taken care of throughout our trip.
* The Highlights: The absolute best part of our stay was the staff. Their customer service rivals a 5-star hotel, and they went completely above and beyond by surprising my wife with a beautiful cake for her birthday! The front desk team speaks great English and always went out of their way to help us with local recommendations and transport.
* Food & Services: The breakfast is very good, offering a delicious mix of fresh fruit, Western options, and authentic Vietnamese coffee. We especially loved that they cook your eggs fresh to order exactly the way you like them! They also took care of washing our clothes, which was super convenient and helpful.
* Location: Perfectly located in a vibrant neighborhood just minutes from My Khe Beach. There is a 24/7 convenience store right across the street and plenty of excellent local food spots nearby.
* Room & Amenities: Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured a nice little balcony. The only slight downside was that the room did not have a mini-fridge/freezer. However, everything else was so perfect that it didn't ruin our experience at all.
We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Da Nang. Highly recommended for their incredible hospitality

Great stay at Sofia Suite Hotel. The room was comfortable, the balcony was excellent, and the bathroom was spacious and very well designed. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, with a special thank-you to Bella for being so welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious. Overall, a clean, comfortable hotel that I would happily stay at again.
