We are contented with our stay.
Pros:

What i like most in this hotel is the staff esp "wendy" who tried to help us in every way that she can and everyone is so friendy and nice. I can never forget the hospitality they showned us. Thanls alot guys. Second i the location.

Pros:

The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is very central. It's within walking distance of the beach. There are good restaurants nearby. The room was in good condition.

Cons:

There's only one elevator, and it's slow. The corridors are a bit narrow. But the rooms are spacious, so there's no problem.

Bon séjour .Je referais le même choix si je devais revenir à Da Nang
Pros:

J ai été surclassée dans une très grande chambre.
L hôtel est très proche de la plage.

Cons:

L accueil.
Le réceptionniste n était pas disponible pour me montrer ma chambre et il y a eu un quiproquo. De plus il connaissait mal le quartier, contrairement au patron (?)que j ai rencontré le lendemain

Excellent location directly behind the main boulevard, large room, quiet on a high floor. Free 20 minutes massage. Very competitive price.

Cons:

One of the two beds was impossible to sleep on, but mattress completely warn out. If you open a window, you can not close it anymore. Breakfast poor, and once some items are finished, they are not replenished.

Très bon accueil, services rendus parfaits. Chris, le manager , est très sympathique , avenant ; il anticipe nos attentes, nous aide pour les réservations diverses et variées. Merci à Wendy et à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel. Très bon petit-dejeûner, chambre bien entretenue, massage de qualité au spa.
Hôtel bien situé, proche de la plage, des rues animées tout en étant plutôt calme.
Je conseille cette adresse vivement.

Love the city and Sofia Suite abd Spa. Must try the salted coffee, and the coconut coffee too.
Pros:

It’s located in right in the center of the city, and no more than 5 minutes walk to Mỹ Khê beach. With many restaurants nearby to enjoy the local food.
Chris, the manager of the hotel has gone above and beyond his job to make us feel comfortable, and welcome.
He’s also a well of information and very resourceful, always ready to help us with anything we needed and more.

Cons:

None. We love staying at Sofia Suite and Spa.
Already planned to come back in the near future.

Отель очуень уютный и расположен очень удобно . Персонал отеля отзывчивый и все наши просьбы выполняли незамедлительно. Хочу выделить Криса и Виктора. Хорошие ребята. Помогли нам купить билеты на Бана Хилз, вызывали такси и многое другое. А ещё в отеле гостям предоставляется 20 минутные сра- процедура и бесплатное пиво как подарок 1 раз. Номера чистые, ежедневная уборка и замена полотенец. В ванной комнате все туалетные принадлежности. Завтраки отличные , шведский стол. И самое главное, рядом много кафешек, спа- салонов и пляж в 3- х минутах ходьбы. Когда вернусь в Дананг, обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле.👍
