Hotel Sai Suraj Palace

Rooms reeked of paint. Smelly and noisy. But property is very near to temple.

This property was less then ok to stay. Rooms were not OK. Bedding & pillows were dirty. Walls and Light fixture had crack. Only advantage to stay in this property is walking distance to Baba temple. This property is very close to Sai Baba Temple.

Rooms needs better maintainance
Setup box not working and not provided even after multiple follow-ups

If you are looking for comfort and coziness , this is not the place
It was not value for money. Lackadaiscal management. they thrive on the fact that the hotel is walkable to chavadi and dwarakamai...But there are many others and better too.
the intercom was not working. drinking water not provided, the sheets were not very clean. cots are abt 3ft wide.very narrow.
restaurant is not attached. morning tea is provided by room service from a local vendor. tea was good.
the cab booked thro them for local sight seeing was stinking we had to keep the car window open to avoid suffocation. the driver was rash and refused to wear seat belt.

Its a terrible hotel.The rooms are dirty,the bed sheets are not changed and are dirty.The TV doesn't work.The don't even provide drinking water.Our repeated complaints fell on deaf ears.AVOID this hotel.

We booked the rooms for two days 28th april to 30th april 2018 online through booking.com. the booking was confirmed by booking.com and hotel sai suraj palace also on email. We called on the contact no of hotel also that we are reaching hotel on 29th morning. They confirmed and said ok. After reaching there when we shown them email confirmation they were not ready to accept. They said we dont book through booking.com online. I said you confirmed on phone also .they said i dont have any room. If you want we can give after 12.o clock. I said ok and asked them to give one room for an hour so that we can freshup .they gave one non ac room for an hour.after 12 0 clock they gave the room for which we booked. At the time of checkout they charged me for 2 days for ac room. I said you didnt accept my booking on 28th then why are you charging for 2 days. They said we gave you room for one hour. Though its non ac but we will charge for two days. Even ac room was not worth of amount we paid.
They are just making fool of the tourists and making money .

I always stay at this place since 2012 . It's very close to dwarkamai 50 mts and chavdi 100 mts from main temple enterance , value for money hotel highly recommend also travel service facility there , yogesh travel agent reasonable price . If u want to live near temple must go

Very Poor Experienced.... got the mail from trip advisior that room has confirmed but when we went there they said no rooms are available and it was not been confirmed by hotel... how can you give confirmation to customers beforing confirming to hotel. Disappointed

hotel is really good and location is also best part as we travel with family so chose four bedded room with is enough spacious for all of us hotel reception staff very co operative as well as helpfull

Very bad experience as I booked 4 bed room AC just got 3 bed room but AC was not working and rooms were not as clean as shown in photos. Bed spreads were not clean and car parking is horrible for drivers .

I was looking for a hotel closest to Temple.Hotel Sai Suraj Palace is hardly 50 mtr outside Dwarkamai temple. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful, and all our requests were immediately addressed. Room was nice, spacious and clean. Parking for cars, and accommodation for driver- everything was provided for a nominal fee.
Will go again as it is really close to temple and is very comfortable. A complete value for money. Thank you.

After reaching hotel got big surprise no rooms available. We were allocated rooms after 2 hours as other guests checked out at that time else we wouldn't have been provided rooms. Rooms are not clean. Electrical wires are left open in bathroom and ceiling of room.
Owner (Mr. Vinod) of the hotel is very rude. Would suggest never to book this hotel as customer is not treated properly, no etiquette on how to talk with customer. Booked 3 AC rooms but initially told to shift to Suraj Park hotel as no rooms available, then after raising issue with Goibibo they said they have 2 AC rooms and 1 Non AC room, out of which AC in 1 of the room was not working. We were left helpless for 2 hours before check-in.
Parking is not free and chargeable.
Power fluctuation and power went off at night 7-8 times only on 2nd floor. AC in the room was not working that great very less cooling.
Nothing good about this hotel except its location very near to temple. I won't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Attached photos of room.

Hotel very near to Sai baba Samadhi Mandir well maintain room helpful staff service is good close to main market transportation also available family rooms are very good value for money under ground parking reception area is good love the stay

Hotel is nothing great but you can stay as this is just walkable distant from the temple. Bear with they don't provide hot water all the time, no guarantee TV remotes work. Good to stay for few hours and take rest.

The hotel was located near by temple walkable distance. very good rooms, clean and neat bathrooms. hot water was available for 24/7 . good response from the hotel employee and management. fully recommended for all. great value for money..

The reason we choose this hotel is because it is just a minute away from the temple. The staff is extremely rude and uncooperative. No Hot water if you question them they will say it's solar heater, they will only confirm what is the room charges, but later/ hidden charges wont be confirmed by the hotel two suit wearing fraud staffs, they will give shock at checkout time. Too keep luggage they will no charges but later they will charge 1 days room charges. Coming to the rooms,The beds sheets were not washed for ages, it was smelling, had stains all over, no hot water, phone did not work, plug points did not work. No complaining works since they are least interested in serving people. Bathroom stinks like hell. So i would not suggest this hotel.I understand people should do business but they rather seem to be looting people at precious god place.

run down. No hot water throught the stay. Maintenance is poor. Got fleeced with the transport 'organized' by them. Very slushy after the rains outside the entrance.
