It was ok, not sure I would book again. The rooms are pretty small. Only room for a small table on one side of the bed, the other side there was not enough room.
Had a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs and 2 plants.
Body wash in the shower doesn't lather wasn't useful.
They only provide you 1 keycard and that is used to turn on lights and air con, so you cannot leave it running when you are gone. Can't have 1 person out of the room while the other stays in air con. They provide 2 free bottles of water per day.
Breakfast buffet had many options but bacon was pretty raw and sometimes eggs not fully cooked.
Was centrally located good location.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was clean spacious and comfortable.The staff was friendly and ready to assist you I recommend it to all.
Keep walking. The staff is pleasant enough, but the amenities are disappointing. WiFi is very slow and unreliable. Television viewing is spotty, as well. I think the hotel counts on a steady stream of tourists groups to fill it up daily, so the upkeep is not very high on their list.
It's a pleasant stay for our family during our family holiday .
The family room is amazing . Kids love the Rome so much.

Hotel très confortable, très bien insonorisé à l’intérieur, on entend la circulation et les chants ou discours diffusés dans la rue, mais c’est pareil pour tous les hôtels…on est plongé dans l’ambiance !
L’hôtel est bien situé, près du lac, du vieux quartier et du quartier français. À part le temple de la Littérature on a tout fait à pied.
Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et nous a rendu gentiment plusieurs services.
Le petit déjeuner est parfait.
Pas une jolie vue et les bruits de la rue, mais nous y étions le week-end des élections, c’était spécial
Everything is just perfect...but only one thing is that we have only a few items in break fast as we are vegetarian...so you can improve the breakfast by adding some veg and Indian food.
Quiet and comfortable. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast had a huge variety and their accommondation to assist us in anyway was helpful.

The location is great. Close to Old Quarter yet not in the middle of all the noise. All attractions walkable distance. Number of great cafes and restaurants close by. Easy access to Main road.
