The location is great. Close to Old Quarter yet not in the middle of all the noise. All attractions walkable distance. Number of great cafes and restaurants close by. Easy access to Main road.

Location is good. Need to have more options for vegetarian in the breakfast menu. Laundry charges are also high. Overall good experience
We were at Thang Long for almost one week. Excellent location, very courteous staff and good food. Near to Hoan Kiem lake and midway between Old Quarter and French Quarter makes this a very good place to stay.
Rooms were large and cozy and clean and well maintained
The location is perfect with it being at walking distance from old quarter but not in a crowded area. The stay was also really comfortable and the staff was really friendly
We verbleven 19 dagen in dit hotel om zoveel mogelijk van Hanoi te kunnen bekijken. Het overgrote deel daarvan is lopend te bereiken. Het hotel is dan ook erg gunstig gelegen in The Old Quarter. De kamer was erg ruim en rustig aan de achterzijde. Daar is echter geen balkon zoals bij Booking.com was beschreven en uitzicht op de tuin was er al helemaal niet, want er was geen tuin. Uitzicht was op een vlakbij gelegen bankgebouw. De Wifi werkt niet altijd even goed. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en het eten in het restaurant was erg goed, zelfs voor vegetariërs. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We komen graag terug.
Perfect location which is very walkable to all tourist places of interest. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices to choose from. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend.
