Pros:

Our stay at Hotel Juliano was a pleasant surprise! One of its biggest highlights is the excellent location—right in the heart of the city and very accessible to key spots around Manila. It made getting around so convenient, especially for quick trips and sightseeing.

Another standout is their comfortable bed—perfect after a long day. The room felt cozy, and the bed provided just the right balance of softness and support, making it easy to relax and recharge.

Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for a well-located stay with comfort you can truly rest in

Cons:

In terms of service, there’s a bit of room for improvement. The front desk staff could be more welcoming and friendly, as the approach came across a bit firm at times. However, she still accommodated some of our requests, which we appreciate.

On a positive note, the security guard on duty was commendable—quiet, respectful, and very helpful, which added to the overall experience.

La Clim est très bruyante.
On entend tous les bruits dans le couloir
C’est très vétuste et mal agencé
La rue est vraiment sale, mal fréquentée et bruyante Nous ne nous sentions pas en sécurité dans la rue, même pour aller dans intramuros nous avons dû prendre un taxi.

Staff at the front desk is unprofessional.
Cons:

The staff was rude when I arrived and tried to check in at 10:30am. She asked me where did I booked told her tru booking.com. I know that early check in is not 100% confirmed she can just say nicely that the room is not yet ready rather than asking me where did I booked. I worked in a hotel but the way the staff did to me is totally not professional. Not going back in this hotel anymore. I should try the nearby hotel next booking.

La posizione in centro e prezzo ok non sono sufficienti per compensare le criticità della struttura

La posizione anche se purtroppo l’accesso dell’hotel è da una strada secondaria poco raccomandabile. Wi-Fi.

It was okay and would recommend it to someone who value his/her money.

The room rate is cheaper compare with other nearby hotels. The US Embassy is walking distance from the hotel.
