La posizione in centro e prezzo ok non sono sufficienti per compensare le criticità della struttura

La posizione anche se purtroppo l’accesso dell’hotel è da una strada secondaria poco raccomandabile. Wi-Fi.

Personale poco socievole. Bagno minuscolo con doccia direttamente sul water.

It was okay and would recommend it to someone who value his/her money.
Pros:

The room rate is cheaper compare with other nearby hotels. The US Embassy is walking distance from the hotel.

Lights are a bit dimmer to me.

Manage expectations
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to near Roxas Blvd/Manila Bay and Rizal Park. Staff are helpful. Generous breakfast serving but they don't have a dining area. Breakfast is served in rooms.

Cons:

I hope they offered more for those checking-in in their Family room. It feels like it's costly already given its price.

- personnel mal aimable qui ne répond aux demandes des clients (demande transfert airport, demande de remboursement pour annulation). Des qu’on leur pose une question, on a l’impression de déranger
- chambre sale avec des draps qui sentent mauvais
- chambre sans fenêtre, odeur de moisie
- la chambre est minuscule (environ 9m2), la douche n’en ait pas une, on doit se douche entre le lavabo et les wc
- pr le petit déjeuner, il s’agit d’une barquette déposée devant la porte…

Pros:

Très bon endroit. Service de qualité et la chambre très bien bon lit, air conditionné qui marche bien. J'ai apprécié beaucoup le séjour dans cet hôtel. 👌🙏
