Pros:

Personalet i resepsjonen ordnet heldigvis raskt et nytt rom til oss, noe vi setter pris på. Likevel var situasjonen belastende etter en lang reise.

Cons:

Jeg ankom hotellet rundt kl. 01:00 og oppdaget da at rommet ikke var klargjort slik jeg hadde bestilt. Bestillingen gjaldt for tre personer, men rommet var kun gjort klart for to.
Som følge av dette måtte jeg gå ned til resepsjonen midt på natten sammen med barna mine for å avklare situasjonen. Dette opplevdes som svært ubehagelig, spesielt siden barna var slitne etter reisen.
Vi fikk til slutt et nytt rom, men situasjonen var likevel belastende etter en lang reise. Jeg håper dere tar dette til etterretning slik at lignende situasjoner ikke oppstår for andre gjester.

Cons:

The digital light switches in the room have glowing buttons, which meant it was very difficult to have a properly dark room for sleep. If staying again, I'd take stickers to put over the switches

Pros:

Nice location, easy for parking. Staff friendly, very nice to have a kettle for tea and coffee. I had an early flight, so I didn't have breakfast , and the price I paid was good.
