Bella struttura ma grossa pecca del parcheggio
Pros:

La camera era molto accogliente, pulita e confortevole. Hotel molto vicino all’aeroporto di Bergen e non lontano dal centro città (20 minuti di auto).

Cons:

Un hotel 4 stelle non può non offrire parcheggio gratuito per i propri ospiti. Il parcheggio appunto era a pagamento perché detenuto da un’altra società. Oltretutto era anche costoso.

Cons:

J'ai réservé 2 chambres. Pour 5 personnes. J'ai bien paye en avance. Nous arrivons vers minuit a l'hôtel. On nous informe qu'il n'y a plus de chambres, suite à un bug informatique. Nos chambres ont été donnés. Nous avons du accepter de dormir a 5 dans une chambre de 3. Depuis une semaine nous attendons le remboursement mais rien n'arrive. Même pas un mail pour nous informer. C'est inadmissible.

Pros:

Wirklich sehr hübsch designtes Hotel mit großen Zimmern und 10min zu Fuß vom Flughafen. Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Das Zimmer und Bad war leider nicht sauber geputzt, es hab Haare und Krümmel auf dem Boden

Hôtel de bon standing, bon rapport qualité prix près de l'aéroport pour Bergen.
Pros:

La localisation de l'hôtel est pratique près de l'aéroport.
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié. Le restaurant pour le soir est pratique aussi.

Cons:

Le parking souterrain est un peu moins cher (110 NOK pour 24h) que celui en plein air. Mais les places sont très serrées avec des pillizrs, non adaptées pour les véhicules.

Not met my expectations in terms of helping with my request.

Bel hôtel mais gestion du parking horrible!
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse avec lit très confortable.
Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et très complet.
La chambre était également très propre.
La salle de sport est bien équipée.

Cons:

Je trouve ça totalement scandaleux et inadmissible de recevoir une amende quand on est parqué sur le parking d'un hôtel.
Je pensais payer en quittant (comme dans tous les hôtels), mais il fallait apparemment payer à l'avance.
Résultat, 50€ d'amende en plus des 15€ de parking...
Dommage car jusque-là c'était un sans faute.
D'où mon 7 au lieu de 10

Le restaurant et la chambre.

Cons:

Ne pas pouvoir la voiture 10mn sur le parking de l'hôtel le temps de monter les valises en chambre sans prendre un contravention de 60€!
Une honte!

On joint l’utile à l’agréable.
Pros:

Proximité avec l’aéroport. Buffet du petit déjeuner très varié, bien fourni et de bonne qualité.
Belle vue sur l’aéroport depuis le toit terrasse, très sympa de regarder les avions atterrir ou décoller.
