Pros:

Staff were helpful in all ways and very friendly. Room was clean, with all necessary facilities.Location was close to Goya Museum and Tourist Office. Handy city bus schedules (Mon-Fri) for excursions without use of car. e.g. Gourjade Parc. And city buses are free.Use of microwave was welcomed. A small refridgerator in common area would be useful.

Worth visiting a very good place in o stay in.
Pros:

The best place to be in. However no parking. Still not bad.
Best service and very welcome customer service and friendly nice staff. I will be coming more often to this place.
Internet not very good but still okay.

Dans l annonce il est précisé parking.
Ce n' est pas vrai.
Il y fallut qu on mette la voiture sur un parking de la ville et en plus payant.
C est pas très cool

Pros:

Bon confort mais sans âme. Réception ouverte le matin seulement. L’accès requiert le numéro de réservation B&B qui n’est pas communiqué par Hôtels.com, ni par B&B suite à résa sur H.com. Appeler la hotline B&B sur l’appareil le plus à gauche de l’entrée.

Pas clair quand on arrive et les portes sont fermé
Pros:

La borne pour faire le Check in ne trouvé pas la reservation et on a galéré un peu pour nous faire aider. Il n’y avait personne pour nous renseigner ou on pouvait laisser la voiture

Pros:

A l’arrivée impossible de récupérer la réservation car pas le bon numéro et accueil fermé. Après avoir appeler j’ai enfin réussi à avoir le numéro de chambre mais une odeur épouvantable à l’´entree de la chante, obligée de voir du personnel pour avoir une bombe désodorisante ainsi que le penne de la fenêtre pour aérer
