The room was small. The television’s speakers didn’t work properly.

Cons:

There was no refrigerator, or microwave.
They have a restaurant downstairs and no way to store or heat food. The lighting were not working properly.

La ubicación es la mejor de NY, tienes todo los sitios de interés cerca , diferentes estaciones de metro y mucho entretenimiento.

Cons:

a veces el personal no respondía los saludos , de hecho cuando era muy de noche la persona que quedaba en recepción me pidió que le mostrara varias veces la tarjeta para ingresar al hotel.
