The Diana Suite Tuban

To start, they tried to charge me AGAIN after already paying my reservation with them before hand online. The check in process was very tedious and when I got to my room the bed sheets made me really itchy

They lied about refunding my 2nd night. I accidently booked 2 nights, confirmed with the front desk that I was getting a refund. Expedia comes back to me saying that they are not processing the refund anymore

Little bit far from road, but walkable to mall and shops

I accidentally left my laptop charger upon reaching my destination. Emailed the hotel and later received a reply from them that they found it and will keep it for me. Got my friend to retrieve it. All is good. Well done to the housekeeping and front desk of Diana Suite.

Vooral top als pas in de avond vliegt.

I stayed for two weeks.

As in other people's evaluation,The facilities are I stayed for two weeks. certainly slightly degraded over time.
The amount of water in the shower was not enough because of the old shower head.

But it can be solved with a small renovation…

The location is certainly not convenient. That can also be solved with a rental motorcycle or taxi…

…I'll say it based on that…

Slightly cheap hotel fee, A room larger than the average. ..

And I want say above all…

The kindness and smile of the all staff to make up for those inconveniences.
The all staff's generous consideration for guests to be comfortable… All of them made my stay comfortable!

I'm sure I'll choose their kindness and smiles over some inconveniences.
I'm sure I'll be back again!

(It is a hotel that will be really comfortable if it is renovated.)

Toilet water leaking into the shower..

We checked in and upon arriving to the room noticed toilet water leaking into the shower. We noitified staff to which there was apparently no other rooms available. When asking for a refund due to no rooms and the unsafe conditions of the property we were denied and left a day early on a loss.

We enjoyed our third stay here. Lovely suite. Great food for dinners and wonderful pool.

The Bed was very uncomfortable because it was 2 Twin mattresses shoved together! Bed covering was also for 2 Twin mattresses!

A good economical hotel. We used to pass a place to take a nap and shower before I international flight. Provides very good value.

Fine for a late night transfer. Airport pick up was free. Customer service was great, prompt answering of emails, quick check-in. Older building. Clean but lacking in amenities

This place is a great bargain for the price. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is friendly, responsive and helpful. They have an awesome breakfast bar. I will for sure stay there again next time I am in Bali.

Nice property, great value near airport. Quiet hotel near airport with helpful staff and pickup/drop off. Breakfast isn’t wonderful, more barebones.

The staff really did not try to help out us , they did not help with luggage when we first entered the hotel ,

Very helpful and friendly staff. Drcent pool, close to airport, and nice complimentary breakfast. Had a great dinner and a couole happy hour beers as well.
