Overall good . Nothing bad to say about the hotel Agness was the perfect receptionist she help us to locate few good restaurants and also places to visit Lisbon 😀 well done Agness sorry if i misspelled your name 😀

Cons:

Bad logistics at breakfast. Had to stand in line to get a plate cups and glasses. They did not fill up with food when empty, empty for forks and knives for a long time. Except for the breakfast a nice hotel.

Will return. It has everything we need.
Pros:

It was my second stay as an overnight to break up a long journey to brazil. Really nixe comfortable beds and clean cofortable room with a nice bathroom. Good breakfast and coffee. Really nice staff. Would recomend and will stay again.

Az elvárásoknak megfelel.
Pros:

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése. A szállástól metróval minden híres látványosság könnyen elérhető.

Cons:

Hangszigetelt (vastag) ablakokra lenne szükség, mivel a környék összes mentő / rendőr és tűzoltó járműve ezen az utcán (is) halad keresztül és hatalmas hangzavar van minden nap és éjszaka.

Péssimo atendimento ao cliente, barulhento, mas ótima localização!
Pros:

Ótima localização. Quartos simpáticos e espaçosos. O pequeno-almoço apresenta bastante variedade, aconselho a irem cedo, pois às 10h serão expulsos do mesmo!

Cons:

No quarto ouve-se muito barulho do trânsito na cidade, por causa das janelas ou da própria construção.
Foi-nos informado que o pequeno-almoço era das 7h30-10h, deslocamos-nos ao pequeno-almoço por volta das 9h30 todos os dias, no primeiro dia por volta das 10h começaram a pressionar-nos a sair do pequeno-almoço múltiplas vezes, mesmo após informarmos que estávamos a terminar, chegaram mesmo ao ponto de nos expulsarem do mesmo, no segundo dia com diversos hóspedes ainda a tomarem o pequeno-almoço após novamente pressionarem os hóspedes chegaram mesmo a desligar as luzes da sala do pequeno-almoço, no terceiro dia voltaram a pressionar os hóspedes como todos os dias ainda antes das 10h.
