Por norma fico em varios hoteis de norte a sul do pais pedindo sempre um pro forma para enviar no imediato a empresa e a financeira fazer o pagamento faco desta forma pois na maior parte das vezes so ao final do dia e que decido onde ficar , nesta estadia foi um pouco diferente como era ja data fechada reservei por esta plataforma quando chego ao hotel é me pedido para pagar a totalidade da reserva de 3 noites no qual disse faça uma fatura pro forma para enviar para a empresa e pagam amanhã no qual me dizem nao ser possivel mas excepcionalmente podemos fazer voce pagar esta noite e amanhã fazemos a fatura pro forma e se empresa pagar devolvemos lhe o dinheiro de hoje e eu ok tudo bem ,na manha seguinte passo na recepção e peço para nao esquecer de mandar o pro forma e ele diz me nao se preocupe quando a minha superior chegar ja lhe faço e envio a meu espanto a meu da manhã recebo um email a dizer que nao era possivel fazer pro forma so com 5 dias de antecedência imaginem isto chego a noite ao hotel pois durante o dia nao me foi possível ir no qual sou surpreendido com um valor diferente da noite anterior sendo a gota de agua.

Uma gestao horrível por parte dos responsáveis do hotel .

A nunca mais voltar e a nao recomendar ninguém.

A equipe possibilitou o checkin uns minutos antes do horário e também ofertou ficarem com as malas após o checkout. Equipe muito cordial.

Vékony falak, hallani ahogy a mellettem levő szobában fürdenek és beszélgetnek. Nem jól szellőző szobák, fedetlen erkély csurog be a víz.

Rendkívül tiszta a hotel és a szoba.Nagyon kényelmes az ágy.Kedves személyzet. Esténként finom kávét kaptam .Közel van a metró,buszmegálló bevásár központ, és az éttermek.Ide bármikor vissza mennék.Köszönet mindenért.

Localização, o quarto, café da manhã, atendimento.

Tivemos um problema na chegada que foi a falta de água quente, era um problema no hotel e devido aos feriados de Natal e final de semana dificultou o conserto. Mas o hotel foi sempre bem prestativo e fez de tudo para contornar e minimizar o problema.
