Great location, pleasant breakfast, friendly staff
Firstly, when we first arrived, the advertising of the room felt misleading. The room on booking.com highlighted a balcony on the pictures, alongside a couch. Neither of those were provided.
Secondly, although the breakfast was pleasant, it felt too crowded, with guests constantly bumping in to each other with limited space.
Additionally, the room was cleaned on 2/4 of the nights. The previous 2 days we returned to the room at 3pm with no service provided. This resulted in a lack of basic necessities such as toilet rolls.
Finally, on our last day we discovered bugs all over the walls, which was very disappointing and now has us concerned about bed bugs in our clothes.
Although we enjoyed our stay in Lisbon, we wouldn’t return to this hotel again.

Ubicación perfecta. Metro a 4 paradas del centro. Aeropuerto cerca. Con la app de bolt nos costó como 4€ coger un taxi.
Habitación limpia y espaciosa.
El desayuno estaba bien aunque tardaban en reponer cosas que se habían acabado. La gente mezclaba las pinzas para coger la comida. Para alguien con alergias o intolerancias es peligroso y se debe vigilar.

Lichte lawaaihinder van de straat als je aan de voorkant slaapt, doch niet in de mate dat het onze nachtrust heeft verstoord.

Great service and prime location
Buen desayuno, habitaciones limpias y cómodas, tiene un supermercado al lado y está a 10 minutos en metro del centro.
Il est bien desservi par le métro. Beaucoup de resto et fast food aux alentours donc c'est très pratique. La chambre est vraiment confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et le personnel est accueillant.
Nous avons eu problème de fuite au niveau des toilettes donc un peu gênant la nuit de dormir avec le bruit.
Sauberkeit und Lage war einfach top .
Zimmer war für 2 Personen relativ kein.
